American political successions and Russian interventionism

American political successions and Russian interventionism

Diego Martin Velazquez Caballero

NATO prepares the war against Russia in an accelerated and constant way, it does not intend a short-term negotiation in the Ukrainian conflict; on the contrary, the massive shipment of arms advances pessimistic scenarios.

Beyond the yearning for peace called for by citizens from all over the world, neither geopolitics nor neoliberal businesses stop. An inexplicable Russophobia is socialized, the Western world is not capable of assuming self-critical positions. The war machine has been set in motion and any pause generates millions in losses for the speculations of the pentagonist military complex.

The death of the main representative of the Wagner Group is shown as a sign of authoritarianism in Russia; however, the risks of authoritarianism affect all of humanity. The authoritarianism of US imperialism even affects its own population.

The incident involving the apparent leaders of the Wagner Group shows that the Cold War has turned into a Hybrid War that goes beyond international law, multilateral organizations and the State. Nothing has changed in the treatment of the empires that fight for world control, the Cold War only constitutes the closest antecedent.

All in all, Vladimir Putin's power is stabilizing in the face of various attacks from the West. Russia is defending its territorial integrity and sovereignty. The BRICS seek to democratize neoliberal globalization. The United States opposes everything.

There is a turning point that benefits Russia in the geopolitical game of the world board, the turn corresponds to them now in view of the upcoming presidential elections in Mexico and the United States. Presidential elections are moments of weakness, blind spots in the conduct of political systems. The 2024 elections in Mexico and the United States, as well as in other countries on the continent, open flanks in national security.

Political polarization and electoral competitiveness are difficult moments for a failed or consolidated democracy. America knows about Russian interventionism in the presidential elections, knows how it affects. Will it happen again? Can it happen in Mexico? Is Mexico the Ukraine of the United States? Does it make sense for the United States to destabilize the Mexican elections? North American interventionism in the Mexican elections opens the doors wide for groups interested in complicating their living space. Why bring the Ukrainian war to the Rio Grande?

What is Dostoyevsky's fault?

 What is Dostoyevsky's fault?

Diego Martin Velazquez Caballero

Literature is a dangerous minefield. Talking about a member of the Literary Olympus from a political perspective; it is a sacrilege. However, the character deserves the challenge and the situation demands it.

In recent days, Jean Meyer referred to the unfortunate situation prevailing in Ukraine, attributing a large part of Vladimir Putin's geopolitical strategy to the literary thought of Fyodor Dostoyevsky - he even offers a reference to The Brothers Karamazov -. In other academic and also artistic texts, the influence of the Russian thinker stands out in the work of the Mexican historian of French origin. Therefore, it seems impossible that Jean Meyer, a great connoisseur of Russia, takes the miserable and mean Russophobia of our days to concentrate the actions of President Putin and the totalitarian thought of Alexander Duguin as inspired by a man of letters. The excellent historian Jean Meyer knows that time is the right dimension of things and -if someone is left alive- he will already have better arguments to explain and understand the terrible Russian-Ukrainian war.

Considering that Russia's actions in Ukraine correspond to Dostoyevsky's feelings is as fallacious as believing that Nazism can be reduced to Goethe or Nietzsche. It is not so, and there is a long thread in the historians' debate to criticize these simple conjectures. Hence the importance of history and the dispute over metanarratives. How much work do historians have to do?

Unlike Russia, in the case of Nazism, Jewish historiography has found evidence of voluntary and popular contributions to the totalitarian ideas of Adolf Hitler. Today's Russia is not the Germany that elevated the author of My Struggle and decided to follow him to hell. It has never been that, nor will it be. Mein Kampf is not the same as The Brothers Karamazov.

Undoubtedly, exacerbated nationalisms are responsible for various social conflicts. But totalitarianism also extends to modern liberal capitalist democracy -the theoreticians of the Frankfurt School tell us- and perhaps the critical thought of History, Social Sciences, Philosophy and even Common Sense have failed. The golden calf always ends up driving us crazy.

Among several studies that exist on the subject of Dostoyevski and that have been read little, I remember the one by Lazlo Foldenyi suggested in a course by Dr. Julio Quesada Martín, at the Universidad Veracruzana. Ideas more, ideas less, the work recounts the experience of the Russian writer imprisoned in Siberia for joining the modernizing movements. The title pretty much says it all: Dostoyevsky reads Hegel in Siberia and bursts into tears. Modernity is a Holocaust, it involves skinning, removing the flesh, getting to the marrow and trying to stay alive. It is impossible, how not to cry? How not to start praying? How not to want to revive God? From there, Dostoyevsky's literature changed and he tried to find the Russian ethos in an anthropological way, which is manifested in the most diverse tropes of his literature.

Anti-Russian thought is a mistake. The great culture of Russia has nothing to do with Vladimir Putin or Alexander Dugin. There are inertias, continuities and ruptures that historians of the stature of Jean Meyer, and other anonymous ones, help to understand.

Dostoyevsky is not Putin, just as the Enlightenment Project is not coca-colonization. We need the sharpness and criticism of the Frankfurt School to move forward when the world is disenchanted. Edgar Morin urges not to lose sanity amid so much complexity, uncertainty and relativism. And we need Dostoyevsky to learn to pray and to live, On top of a brick, but live! And the environmental and health crisis caused by neoliberal and neo-extractivist capitalism seems that it will only let us live there while they go to the Moon or Mars.

The historians' debate makes us understand how polysemic and hazardous the course of things implies. The fault does not lie with Dostoyevsky, nor with the Russians or Ukrainians, there are specific characters and certain interests that must be valued in their proper dimension. The liberal pragmatism of NATO and the United States is more responsible for the Russo-Ukrainian war than Dostoyevsky. And this must be said to avoid other nonsense. For example: that AMLO is a communist or that because of him there is no political science. This is the level of the collaborators of Latinus, financed by the Wilson Center, and it is the ignorance distributed by the pro-Yankee Think Tanks that is based on the Nazi communication strategy, it has been like this since the end of World War II. The Wilson Center is more willing to use nuclear weapons than Vladimir Putin.

Can critical thinking make us honest and less stupid? Who knows. The power of the dollar is greater than that of books, work, morals and ethics; and that is why in Mexico and the world, we are as we are.

Reading Dostoyevski, Goethe, Nietzsche, Aristotle, helps Political Science more than those of the Wilson Center, IMCO branch. Even at the time of the PRI there was Political Science in Mexico -very bad, according to Daniel Cosío Villegas- like today, but there was. The literature of the Loret de Mola is more entertaining than its political science.

Understanding the magnitude of Baltic Slavic culture and other civilizations could help inhibit the utter evil that seems to have hijacked the Modernity Project. Each civilization has its route to Modernity and liberalism cannot become a Darwinian totalitarianism. Mexico is inseparable from North American destiny, but the rest of the world is not; and even Mexico maintains its profound differences with the United States. Liberalism is a school of civilization, however it has lost itself in a darkness from which it will be difficult to get out without a great effort and recognition of moral, ethical and religious values, social or communitarian liberalism has to defeat neoliberalism.

The political science of the Wilson Center is the Nazi schizophrenic Trojan horse that promotes a voracious and inhumane capitalism and has brought living beings to the brink of extinction. Now Dostoyevsky is more necessary than ever, even for the United States. As the French personalists used to say, if the future does not redeem God, the future is lost.

Jean Meyer's trajectory is more than fundamental for Mexican historiography and other topics, as is the case of Russia, perhaps space is needed to understand the hypothesis regarding Fyodor Dostoyevski. I'm sure he'll explain it later.

But that little North American political science is not even useful to get a coyote out of a cornfield, well, every day it becomes clearer to us in the anti-communists and anti-lopez whom even Ken Salazar recommends supporting, imitating AMLO or going over to MORENA. I hope that the gringos give the money to the people and forget about those briefcase Think Tanks.

You have to read more Dostoyevski and less Fukuyama; and begin to cry and pray, at least so that the specter of the Russian player turned literary appears to console us. Dostoyevsky cries and prays to see if in this way the good Lord is encouraged to turn around, revive and redeem humanity; for Fukuyama the God can only be the market. Dostoyevsky's God is that of Kazantzakis, Tolstoy, Soloviev, Jean Meyer, Gandhi; the God of Fukuyama and the Wilson Center is PRI and pro-Yankee.

Bear Empire

 Bear Empire

Diego Martin Velazquez Caballero

Although Russia does not agree that its nation is classified as a bear for the reason of strength and aggressiveness that distinguishes the ursids, North America is also a territory of this type of mammal. The former United States ambassador to Mexico Jeffrey Davidow developed a textual work where his nation was signified as a bear and Mexico as a porcupine. That is to say, while the Russians do not like being considered bears, the Americans recognize themselves as such.

How can the United States and Russia be the same? Probably in imperialist expansionism. In the use of force to unilaterally impose their criteria with their neighbors. Davidow considers that Mexico is wrong in the way it looks at the United States, Mexican nationalism is reactionary, hence the figure of the porcupine, but can a bear really be friends with a porcupine?

The perspective of neutrality that Mexico has tried to maintain in the face of the Russian-Ukrainian conflict has not pleased anyone. The grizzly bear has demanded, as always, that others come forward in the conflict to weaken his enemies even if the situation constitutes suicide.

The United States does not want to lose its hegemony or world control, but its decline faces the most critical point in the Russian-Ukrainian situation. The post-covid world represents a perspective where economic and political liberalism cannot advance any further, Samuel Huntington returns to tell America that it is necessary to return to its origin since he has lost the project of modernity and reason. Humanity is not satisfied with a Western identity that represents the United States, metastases everywhere, sclerosis disguised as consumerism and equivocal freedoms. American expansionism is also responsible for democratic decline.

The consecration of the Catholic Church to Russia signifies a point of agreement in global conservative tendencies. Non-Western societies have chosen to embrace certain aspects of modernity and reject others, especially those that entail high economic costs and social disorder. Although several countries have joined the economic sanctions that the United States and the global financial organizations under its control have imposed on Russia; the representative core states of non-Western peoples agree with Vladimir Putin in an anti-American obsession the likes of which had not been seen before, not even in the era of the Cold War or the Middle East invasions.

England's departure from the European Union shows the true face of Anglo-Saxon culture: pragmatism. Liberalism cannot be a civilizing culture if it does not fulfill an evangelizing task, it has been presented everywhere as a methodology of looting and abuse. The North American empire has come to an end because it is putting the human race on the verge of extinction, as well as all life on the planet. If the terrestrial cataclysm presented itself, the North Americans - like the Anglo-Saxons - would go out to live on Mars or the Moon.

Should the porcupine trust the bear? No. Is Ukraine the porcupine of Russia? We don't know, but it should be porcupine against the United States. What will happen to so many porcupine?

In the case of volatile geopolitical alliances, other bears engage in behaviors that redefine their allegiances.

Nolte, Bartra, the bloodthirsty Atlanticist Eurocentrism…,

Nolte, Bartra, the bloodthirsty Atlanticist Eurocentrism…,

Diego Martín Velázquez Caballero

The conflict in Ukraine has made it possible to visualize the white racial hegemony of Eastern European countries and the empathy of different wasp and Nazi oligarchies in imperialist nations such as the United States, England, France and Germany. The attacks of various Ukrainian, Euro-Eastern and Whitexican actors against those who doubt or evade disapproving of Russia in the face of NATO, are an example of the discrimination and oligarchy that these sectors promote for their empowerment against mestizo, indigenous, Afro-American and Latin Americans. even Hispanics. The racism of characters with Eastern European ancestry or foreigners against Mexicans was forceful. In Latin America it is enough to be white to achieve almost everything. It is measured by INEGI.

Confuse Russia with the USSR, the empires of Catherine the Great, Ivan the Terrible or the Romanovs; it is a fallacy full of terror that demonstrates the necessary denazification of the West and the consolidated democracies.

The national show business, conservative groups and pro-business legislative caucuses; they have been launched against Russia in the reactionary way that Ernst Nolte describes and justifies in his work on the European civil war. The pro-Anglo-Saxon religious, racist and neoliberal paranoia was already developed in the ideas of Alfred Rosenberg. The hatred of Russia only shows the xenophobia and aporophobia of the white and privileged West of which the White Mexican Creole oligarchy considers itself a part. They annul from their vision, because they do not want to compromise, the most serious situations that our country is experiencing: in a few weeks the death toll of the Ukrainian-Russian war is reached and exceeded, structural poverty and systematic violence develop an anomic society with no possibility of survival , we have lived through a low-intensity war and human displacement that finances the United States anonymously. Although it is talked about in a bizarre way, the Whitexicans, Ukrainians, foreigners living in the country, hear little about it and care little.

Russia has applied to join NATO and the European Union jointly. It has not been granted; on the contrary, it is harassed militarily and its racial groups are exterminated in some regions. An illustrious professor who wanted to study the region, made a paragon of the Hutu and Tutsi confrontation. It is not the first time that European Anglo-Saxon Nazism has exterminated other Europeans. Vivianne Forrester describes the Shoah as an open wound in Western civilization that urgently needs re-education. Europe is the most violent civilization of humanity.

Unlike other peoples who can only resignedly humiliate themselves to the conqueror, Russia confronts NATO because it has developed the means to protect itself as a National State. Few nations, after being devastated, are able to reconstitute themselves as hegemonic. Israel is an exceptional case. And Russia too. For every blow dealt to Israel returns a thousand, Russia can say the same. By way of liberal modernization and authoritarian modernization, both nations have legitimately earned their right to exist.

Russia has not been treated equally by the pro-American white oligarchy, but Russia can defend itself. This is the reason that the peoples of Eastern Europe dominated by Yankee Nazi-fascism cannot stand.

In 2006, Roger Bartra described the possibility that Mexico would reach a civil war -similar to the Mexican revolution- derived from the oligarchic Hispanic Creole voracity. The trauma of the Spanish conquest is an open wound that requires a process of re-education, nothing to continue promoting a pure Hispanic identity that is basically pro-Anglo-Saxon. But Bartra could not contain the aporophobia or escape from the hegemonic whiteness. Now it turns out that the victims are to blame for being victims.

Spontaneous liberal modernization is a goal that cannot be achieved through colonialism and Anglo-Saxon hegemony. The gap and underdevelopment experienced by marginalized nations requires distance and the absence of empires to overcome and balance their development. Poverty is structural and dependent on imperialism. If the empires do not pretend to help their colonies, they can at least leave them in the autonomy that constitutes a singular benefit.

How not to support Russia when liberal democracy only produces pigmentocracy and violence?

Why fail to understand Russia when the United States is violent, aggressive and dirty against the Latin American flower garden?

How to stop supporting anti-Nazism in Russia when the United States has been a partner of the Nazis who founded the Fourth Reich in America?

Why fail to recognize the capacity, value and need of nations that can defend themselves?

The Mexican gueritocracy, is it Mexican?

Mexico. The Ukraine of a bizarre world

Mexico. The Ukraine of a bizarre world

Diego Martin Velazquez Caballero

The former Polish ambassador to Mexico and an American journalist sparked an interesting debate on social networks as a result of the Russo-Ukrainian conflict in Eastern Europe. Broadly speaking, the line of the arguments criticized Russia's sympathy for confronting Yankee imperialism; Several Mexican Internet users were warned that a similar aggression was the robbery of Texas and the Californias in one of the best-known Anglo-Saxon looting. Updating the geography and time, he wondered what Mexicans would feel if the American Union took Chihuahua or Baja California by force. Although it is true that the war of 1836 and 1847 continues to be a painful trauma in national history; Times have changed and Mexico is resigned to a solitude where -as well as or worse than Ukraine- no one supports it in the civil conflagration that it is experiencing due to drug trafficking.

If the United States will take the north of the country militarily, it is most likely that other states will ask to be integrated, it happened in the 19th century and it is also likely that other Latin American nations will ask to be incorporated as US protectorates. It happens at the OEA. Mexico is only missing Mickey Mouse ears.

The United States has behaved worse with respect to Latin America than that of Russia with respect to Eastern Europe. Neither the former ambassador of Poland, nor the journalist specialized in Mexican-American relations, question the pentagonism that feeds weapons and dollars to the drug trafficking groups that are tearing the country apart. Nor do they question the new slavery that Mexican emigration means and that the real Mexican economy makes alms of its avocados.

Just as a large part of the Ukrainian population historically identifies with Russia and, in part, conceives a hegemony over Eurasia. Many Mexicans emigrate to the United States and a large part of the Latin American population would prefer to live in North America. Mexico, like several Eastern European countries, is a puppet of the Western powers that plays the role of suicidal internal colonialism. Some interesting point of the cybernetic debate pointed out, what would the Anglo-Saxons feel if Russia set up military bases and nuclear missiles in Baja California, Chihuahua, Nuevo León, Sonora and Tamaulipas? And the Guns and Roses fell silent remembering the taste of free Cuba.

Eastern Europe is described as being the "Trojan Donkey" of the Holy See, Germany and the United States. Mexico is the asshole of Hispanidad. Just as Eastern Europe has been sacrificed several times to frighten Russia, Mexico cultivates an internal colonialism that does not help it at all and only constitutes a Spanish mortgage that structures the pigmentocracy of poverty. Vox, the Franco regime subsidized with dollars, a few days ago, questioned and declared war on Latin American drug trafficking by discriminating against it in all forms and, in addition, adding the label of communist. Does the Spanish Colony really have the courage to oppose the drug cartels on the continent with all its might? Will the Franco regime question the socioeconomic structure that reproduces poverty and crime that Hispanic heritage inherited? Is the Spanish Colony going to confront the Narco-empire that is the United States? Well no.

Samuel Huntington suggested isolationism and abandonment of the Brzezinski model of world control to the United States. Mexico and North America can build Spanglishdad. There was always the fear of Francoism so that Mexico would replace Spain as the axis of Hispanidad, all the forces of the dictator were concentrated on burying the Second Spanish Republic in Mexico and burying our country. And it was successful. But the natural tendencies indicate that Hispanic people have died in Mexico and their discourses and identities remain hollow in the face of reality. The Mexican lumpenproletariat that shames and discriminates against Hispanics is building Mexamerica. Just as millions of Ukrainians run into the arms of Russia and millions of Mexicans run into the arms of the US, empires must recognize the hegemonic nature of geography.

Transfuguism and Plot. The characteristics of the transition via elections

Transfuguism and Plot. The characteristics of the transition via elections

August 17, 2020
Diego Martin Velázquez Caballero

https://www.semanarioelreto.com/single-post/2020/08/17/Transfuguismo-y-Contubernio-Las-caracter%C3%ADsticas-de-la-transici%C3%B3n-v%C3%ADa-elecciones

Why does Mexico continue under the electoral route scheme to build its democracy? Although political scientists called the model of the Mexican transition “Via Competitive Elections”, the data on corruption, fraud, vote buying and corporatism leave much to be desired about the importance of the Mexican electoral system. Rather, the electoral system becomes the judicial political arena where political factions resolve their differences. The Mexican transition should be called: Political transition via judicialized elections. And if it is remembered that the Mexican political system and the foundations of the Nation State were built by lawyers, perhaps this characterization is understood. Lately, the Mexican judicial system created mediation structures and houses of justice precisely to demonstrate the importance of reaching agreements due to the prolonged and rugged condition that judicializing things implies. The Mexican judicial system is corrupt, incompetent and incapable of providing justice. The judicial processes in Mexico are dark, onerous and long - if not infinite - that few decide and endure to maintain. Hence, “mediation” has been implemented as a cultural and economic way to accommodate reparation, but not justice, in litigation.

However, the creation of the Mexican electoral system generated a special section of the contentious sphere in electoral processes, few countries in democratic consolidation have special courts for electoral matters and political rights trials. In reality, these ways constitute spaces for collusion and a pact - not always honest or definitive - that tempers the radicalization of the actors.

Justice is unattainable and, therefore, perhaps these forms are the best possible in cultures such as Mexico. The electoral system of our country has not been able to combat the vices that characterize the political tradition, although citizenship allows us to recover evidence of improper acts or contradictions to inform public opinion in the way that the electoral course had, this is not a guarantee of a fair electoral process, power groups negotiate and the results can be convenient or immoral to society. In the end, it is the correlation of forces that determines the product of the negotiation. Democracy, then, becomes the marketing of the popular will.

Although this was proposed as an innovator in the creation of the Federal Electoral Institute (IFE), now INE (National Electoral Institute), in reality it happened within the Institutional Revolutionary Party and only with the sectors that made up the revolutionary coalition. The priistologists wondered about the mode of distribution of the candidacies in the PRI and the presidential succession, thanks to hermeneutic studies (Garrido, Ai Camp, Crespo), mathematical (Gil / Schmidt) and fictional (Castañeda and Álvarez Mosqueda), we found a negotiating table where the cliques made agreements and had radical measures to enforce them. The president of the republic was a “primus inter pares”, the great hegemonic elector; but, a mortal god. Every political succession involved this form of negotiations. The model was transferred to the Mexican electoral system in its judicial dimension and, now, instead of negotiating the PRI cliques, they negotiate the oligarchies of the parties - where, by the way, many PRI members were transferred.

Manuel Camacho Solís always held the idea of a change without rupture, which is why, perhaps, in the form of inertia, that has come to mean the Mexican electoral system. A romantic table of national reconciliation will hardly occur where a form of stony and eternal political order is defined. Spain, Chile, Greece, Portugal and the countries of the ex-communist bloc, built a form of political negotiation that consolidated democracy in a dynamic way unlike our country. The unfortunate thing about the Mexican case is that the judicialization-negotiation does not imply electoral justice or true democracy, but basic agreements to overcome political competition and where, as in the Mexican legal system, those who have more money to buy the judges and do the best show, they are what they manage to impose. The recent scandal of the oil company Odebrecht and its derivations reveal the way in which corrupt lobbying influences elections and the shaping of economic interests. Why haven't the political registration of the PRI and PAN been taken away?

Manuel Camacho Solís, one of the main political strategists of salinism and lopezobradorism, proposed the idea of "change without rupture" for the Mexican political system, since doing so would generate ruptures, breaks, fragmentations, could lead the country to catastrophic scenarios of ungovernability and dissolution. Like Jesús Reyes Heroles, time and reality have come to prove them right. Mexico still lives in the old regime and the more it tries to get out of that space, the more it ends up sinking and tying the historical knots of the Mexican political system.

The political transition consists of a historical break, a change of regime from the theoretical perspective that you want to propose. This phenomenon has not occurred in Mexico, the political alternations move under the protocol of the old regime.

With Morena and AMLO, the phenomenon of political participation occurred, which generated a massive vote to avoid fraud and electoral bureaucratic tricks. However, the pragmatic alliances of the National Regeneration Movement fill Q4 with contradictions and make López Obrador's campaign promises unfeasible. Despite the fact that President Andrés Manuel enjoys a broad electoral base, he has had to coexist with prianism and, even, admit radical ultra-right cadres into the public administration. In the integration process to reach state and federal governments, Morena included eminent politicians from Acción Nacional as well as Catholic nationalist groups and humanist businessmen, who had not found candidates in the PAN or were excluded. AMLO received, uncritically, a considerable number of intransigent integral Catholics linked, or not, to the reserved societies and who occupy important positions in the public administration at the federal and state levels.

The right is experiencing a process of disintegration of the party that traditionally brought them together. The PAN presidential candidacy and the 2018 electoral process generated a civil war of the right-wing factions that culminated in the departure of several cadres and contingents of the PAN to independent movements and the National Regeneration Movement.

Jean Meyer wonders how a government would have had from the synarchist perspective. By 2000, and twelve years later, Mexico could not to establish the government that the Cristeros imagined, nor that that the Christian democratic intellectuals proposed.

Neoliberalism was an economic regime that subordinated politics to its interests without contempt for who governs. Thus, then, rather than building a “Mary Help of Christians” throughout the country, what happened was the establishment of a series of pacts with various powers of the matter –particularly drug trafficking– to maintain governance. National Action could not make a regime change, a historical break; on the contrary, the electoral arena is the negotiating table, the Moncloa Pact, where the actors negotiate the interests of the citizens.

The PAN was characterized by taking the teaching corporatism and caciquil power to correct political alternations and, at least, know the public administration at the federal and state levels. Suddenly, they appeared as respectable PAN members, former members of the Revolutionary Family and the neo-PRI generations. During the government of Enrique Peña Nieto, a PRI administration of the country can be seen in the formulation of public policies such as "The Pact for Mexico" and the electoral negotiation-agreement.

In contrast to the Catholic nationalist politicians who went to MORENA, some more decided to integrate front groups such as FRENA (Frente Nacional Anti-Amlo) and, in an ambiguous way, radicalize their positions so that the yunquistas and Tecos, who are in the administration public of Morena, obtain better positions and charges; Or, to form a political position that - now - is concentrated in the Citizen Movement or in local political institutes that aspire to build citizen candidacies away from the progressivism that 4T represents and according to the development of the political crisis as a result of COVID and its effects . Also, abandoned from the PAN, is a religious right that opts for an apocalyptic discourse and points out the importance of Donald Trump being re-elected to contrast the war waged against Western culture by Asian countries - particularly China - and Islam - fundamentally the one developed in Europe. For this last trend, what is important is that a West is formed around the United States and that the Catholic Church is in charge of purifying Christianity based on the geopolitical model of Eastern Europe. The members of the apocalyptic right, even delegitimize the papal authority of Mario Bergoglio and opt for a Tridentine tendency close to Ratzinger.

The element that will define the behavior of religious rights is constituted by the North American elections. At the geopolitical level they will have to decide whether to support Biden or Trump, according to the hegemony of Russia and China to develop. The advance of Chinese civilization is more dangerous for uncompromising integral Catholicism since the current government is not distinguished by religious tolerance and respect for human rights that Catholicism has found in other societies, likewise, because within China, the Catholic Church is insignificant.

Hence, while Catholic nationalists within the Morenoite government advance and remain silent, radical Catholic groups in FRENA and Movimiento Ciudadano, rebuild the anti-communist rhetoric (Although they do not directly attack China) and seek to promote a crusade for Western civilization that approximates Donald Trump as the contemporary Saint George or Ronald Reagan.

AMLO has fallen into the vicious circle of Mexican-style negotiations. Catholic nationalism operates as it has always been doing. In a long-term perspective, the Empire of the Holy See seizes every opportunity. Morena is in detention and unable to fulfill her campaign promises. This is a point in favor of the groups that do not have the same flags as Morena and many points against those who voted for Morena and expected great transformations. Morena will deliver little of what he promised in the campaign and runs the risk of being a great disappointment.

USA. Goodbye to the Russian Doll?

USA. Goodbye to the Russian Doll?
June 23, 2020

Diego Martín Velázquez Caballero

Governance in Mexico is highly dependent on the United States. Throughout the 19th and 20th centuries, a process of subordination, coupling and integration was generated, where our country linked the caste counter-reformist structure with Anglo-Saxon colonialism. North America used Mexico as an experiment in its imperialism and, like Spain, had to take over the vanquished.

Unlike other empires, according to Heinz Dieterich, the United States found an adequate way to exercise its hegemony: Consumerism instead of Communism and Nationalism. That has been the key to great American power; but, also, the piece that is generating your sclerosis.

Compared to other imperialisms, the North American promoted capitalism and free markets so that the countries of its vital sphere assimilated western modernity. Like all empires, it was effective in supporting its subjects and, even better, in finding the formulas to maintain cohesion and generate synergies that, in the economic perspective, generated western wealth and made the metropolis an Eden of liberal capitalist democracy.

Nothing is forever and, therefore, the exhaustion of the United States generated the crisis that led to the election of Donald Trump as representative of the executive power. The difficulties for President Trump to re-elect himself are increasing and, apparently, the social movements and the health crisis, decisively inhibit the future of his political career. For this reason, the departure of Trump forces reconsiderations regarding the geopolitical changes that are seen.

Despite the fact that Donald Trump was considered a reissue of Ronald Reagan or George W. Bush, the period of one of the most controversial American rulers shows a singular exhaustion of the Superpower. Corruption homologated the Democratic and Republican Party, social outrage is likely to lead to unique transformations in the American electoral system, otherwise the WASP hegemony will have to take radical steps to continue imposing itself. The dilemma is whether to maintain the United States as a geopolitical empire or to seize the most important financial and criminal centers to subdue and manage the world.

Andrés Oppenhaimer, for example, has witnessed the geopolitical interest in developing a capitalism of friends in Latin America that weakens institutions, generates immense poverty and triggers a deep economy of informality and crime. Immigration, drug trafficking and geopolitics have brought the United States to the possibility of hegemonic loss and the empowerment of Russia, China and Islam. A condition that is not important for the world economic elite because, in the long term, it has been more profitable to manage production processes than political mechanisms.

The fall of Donald Trump can mean the reconstruction of the Nation State as well as the redirection of economic globalism. It is important to democratize capitalism and contain the voracity of the economic groups that override the communities of the Nation State. The responsibility is on the Democratic side. Few enemies remain in the world for the traditional geopolitical route of the United States, almost everyone is capitalist and consumerist, but it depends on the North American market to support itself.

The role of world superpolice is something that accompanies imperialism, the United States has the obligation to play it, inside and outside, in a successful and responsible way, if it does not want to repeat the experience of the stupid giant that was the Spanish Empire. Before thinking about colonizing the Moon or Mars, or future galactic wars with aliens, the Empire must fund democracy, fair public policy, environmental sustainability, and demographics without anomies.

The invisible government of the United States that used pentagonism to bring freedom and the market everywhere, must decide between economic elites and social control. The Hobbesian test for the coronavirus is only a small reminder of the fragility of order. How long can elites survive without the existence of the state and social order?

Technologies and liberalism are leading us to the same scenarios of the late nineteenth century. North America and the world are at risk of not resisting another century of war. The enemy is internal corruption and the Failed / Delinquential States that the imperialist elites support through cynical creole oligarchies. Modernity can no longer be hijacked by the geopolitical theology of the United States and the ambivalent Western culture. Either the utopia of positivism financed by the State and the Company or humanity begins from scratch.

The North American Black Century

The North American Black Century

April 12, 2020

Diego Martín Velázquez Caballero

https://www.semanarioelreto.com/single-post/2020/04/12/La-Centuria-Negra-Norteamericana

A few decades ago, when asked who would win the space race among the superpowers, it was mockingly answered that the Nazi scientists that North America had were better than the Nazi scientists that the Soviet Union had. Thus, what seemed like a joke showed a crude truth: that the Nazis, like the Mexicans, paraphrasing Chavela Vargas, are born where they want to.

In the United States, Operations Paperclip and Blue were showing that the allies kept Nazi supplies of any kind to restrain the USSR. What is the consequence of liberal capitalist democracy having coexisted with the Nazis? For some authors such as Noam Chomsky and an important critical intellectual current, democracy in the world is nothing more than a facade that guards the totalitarianism of the North American Empire.

For several decades, a large group of historians and social scientists have highlighted the fact of collaboration between anti-Semites, Nazis and the American oligarchy. Beyond the political pragmatism that justifies the projection of the United States as the winner of the Cold War and the only superpower in a dangerously multipolar world, the American political class hardly considers the boomerang effect of these actions. But what if it is true that the IV Reich was built from the CIA?

The indication of terrorism to Russian nationalist groups shows that the invisible American government follows the ideas of Alfred Rosenberg and Adolfo Hitler. The accusation against the Russian Imperial Movement is an unnecessary intervention in the government of Vladimir Putin and in the way the Eurasian model changes the world order; after all, Eurasia is a logical and inexorable process.

In its interventionist practice, the CIA has funded terrorist groups like the MIR around the world. But with everything and its dangerousness, the MIR would already like to achieve the economic, political and social power that groups of the Mexican extreme right reached. It seems that the Nazis are only legitimate when the United States sponsors them.

At this time, when the world seems to depend on the course taken by the COVID-19 epidemic, the future of the world order can no longer be seen. Bacteriological wars are the consequence of uncontrolled terrorism but fostered by US geopolitical competition.

While theorists like Huntington recommended North American isolationism, others believe that it still makes sense to balkanize Eastern Europe, again, to contain Russia and then dynamite the world so that the United States retains its hegemony. In this sense, while the ideas of Brezinski and Rosenberg are being followed foolishly and a mysterious virus has us on the brink of extinction, it is urgent that North America contain itself and control its Nazis and those of its closest neighbors, such as Mexico.

Our Nazis, because there are also Mexican Nazis, also followers of the Fourth Political Theory, the white supremacy and Christianity of Salvador Borrego, intransigent integral; Feminazis and followers of Prosperity Theology are about to create a stampede of Latin American migrants to the United States that will significantly affect their governance.

The Latin American Nazis, and particularly the Mexicans, have a more serious virus than COVID-19: rage called anti-communism, in the name of which, in actions more serious than those of the MIR, destroy the entire public order of the Mexican State. Anti-communist rage, now turned into an identity movement, will generate in the backyard of the United States, and in the south of that country, a zombie war that has already begun. North America must allow the evolution of the Eurasian continent and be limited to Latin America. The Covid-19, like the Anthrax and the AH1N1, are samples of the human and imperialist vulnerability.

Rusophobia, anti-Semitism and Mexico

Rusophobia, anti-Semitism and Mexico

By Diego Martín Velázquez Caballero

What is the reason that the Mexican extreme right seeks to resuscitate the spirit of Canoa and 1968 in the current elections? By accusing Russia of supporting Andrés Manuel López Obrador, are they trying to revive anti-communism, Judeophobia and violence against public universities?

Communism, Jews and the Russian Orthodox Church are elements that provoke conflict for Catholics. The Jewish-Illustrated conspiracy is emphasized, which acquires force when the Pontifical States are lost in 1870, and the Catholic Church blames the enemies Freemasons, enlightened, Jews, communists, liberals, secularizers and scientists. In the great conspiracy against the Church, all the enemies of Catholicism fit and are confused. The fundamentalism and Catholic fundamentalism would then be justified to reconfigure the greatness of the Church. The Holy See built the attacks on Russia from the moment when that country was a space for the survival of Bundism - a socialist Jewish movement - the affirmation of Orthodox Christianity, communism and Islam. One of the geopolitical projects for the protection of the Vatican State was the "Intemarium". The Intermarium was, and is, an anti-Jewish, Russophobic and ultraconservative Catholic project. When the Russian Revolution emerged, this strategy was implemented so that the intransigent integral Catholicism infiltrated governments, universities, civil society, etc., with the purpose of rooting Catholic secret organizations and controlling the status quo.

The animosity of Poland to Russia has infected the Ibero-American countries; nevertheless, the true rejection of Russia is not from Poland but from the Holy See that observes in Russia one of its main historical enemies. The Mexican far right has enunciated its historical attachment to the geopolitical project called Intermarium that coordinated the arrival of Karol Wojtyla as Bishop of Rome.

A few days ago, Poland enacted a law that sanctions the interpretation or indication that can be made between that nation and Nazi collaborationism. The fact constitutes a useless legislature with respect to historical evidences and facts. However; Beyond the Polish responsibility in the Holocaust, the interesting thing is to highlight the way in which anti-Semitism is used as a justification for Russophobia.

Recently, Russia has begun to take a leading role in the definition of global and European geopolitics. Since Vladimir Putin came to power there has been a synchronization between Russia's internal and external policy that seeks to affirm its vital space and zone of influence. The long period of the political group of Vladimir Putin has solved the crises of the USSR, the conflicts with the border areas and has maintained a zone of influence in Eastern Europe and the Middle East. Does Russia intend to constitute the Central State of the Baltic Slavic civilization? in the XXI century? How is Vladimir Putin's leadership to lead an elite that coordinates a semi-authoritarian democracy? Is Russia's development a risk for the West? Are there areas of influence for Russia in other civilizations? What is the reason for the emergence of Baltic Slavic identity in the post-communist era? What role does Russia play in the current multipolar scenario? Has it become a democratic, capitalist and liberal nation? Can it return to socialism to promote a new hegemony? What kind of power is Russia now?

Samuel Huntington gives Russia the treatment of a country whose modernity is frustrated or torn; at least, at the end of the 20th century, that's what it seemed. Russia has a Russian modernity, Baltic Slavic, which with greater certainty is attached and which, each time, has a resounding success. Russia supported, a little over a decade, the capitalist democratic neoliberal model; however, he abandoned it and has found himself again with an autochthonous experience of growth and development. This was the world of the future to which Huntington's hypotheses referred: 1) civilizations will develop internally in a radical process of differentiation with the West and 2) the West has to redefine its civilizing values to stop its own decline in a global context where there are more and more actors and competitors.

Although the concept of clash of civilizations has a serious and bizarre impression, the most important thing that the hypotheses of the North American geopolitical singular have is the approach of the challenge that the culture or western civilization presents once the world of the cold war is over. While it is true that cultural differences have always been there, the exhaustion of the bipolar scheme generated many civilizations and central states of the same, emerge with greater strength and sense of geopolitical territoriality.

This is the case of Russia, only with attachment to its cultural identity and nationalism has managed to be reborn after almost collapsing with the end of the USSR. Russia has a global role that competes with the United States and the West in particular, its recovery has defeated the image of a poor, authoritarian and weak country. At the turn of the 21st century, Russia rejected Westernization and returned to the path of its own identity. The stage has followed, partially, the picture that appeared Huntington. Russia can not be omitted from international politics in Eastern Europe, Asia and the Middle East. It can not be said that he has regained the power that the USSR had; but it is not a minor actor in current geopolitics either. Its foreign policy coincides more and more with its national interest and is prepared militarily and professionally.

The recent leadership of Russia, China and India have robbed the United States of importance in global control. However, they do not seek the total armed conflict and, much less, the conquest of the world. The multipolar equilibrium generates a cold war where more actors intervene that, certainly, adopt the cautious and latent patterns of contention. Armed conflicts are represented in areas where diplomacy is concluded and the interests of the powers determine the use of force.

Modernizing globalization is no longer the heritage of Western culture. The West is in crisis for a blind neoliberalism represented in the Culture of Davos and the cultural metastasis that generates its consumerism. The abandonment of the United States to Mexico implies the opportunity for identity recovery and social reengineering. The Mexican neoliberals, the extreme right and the national bourgeoisie are condemned by the old capitalist superpower; they are ineffective, corrupt, murderous, retrograde and cretinous.

Should Mexico continue under the tutelage of the Holy See and projects such as the Intermarium? Should Mexico fear Russia? Of course not.

A large part of the macro-projects and strategic policies that our country has lost, owe their failure to the belief that you can only work with the allies of Catholic Christendom. There are the results: impunity, corruption, poverty and underdevelopment. Russia, and the world, are opportunities that globalization and modernity offer to our environment. It is a pity that El Yunque continues believing that Mexicans are programmed in code "Canoa 1968". The neoliberal Hispanic Catholic oligarchy can no longer hide its parasitism, the attacks on Russia are proof of its lamentable intellectual and moral capacity: the Americans no longer want them or of servitude. The closure of the North American president to our country, must be the impulse to look for new allies, technologies, infrastructure, markets, exchanges; in short, the world.

Mexico must fear the consecration of the Anvil that the Holy See promotes in the PRIANRD and, unfortunately, also in MORENA.
