Puebla: Tear my life!

Various signs mark the Puebla election in 2018. First, the accounts do not fit; we find a profound distortion between the surveys for the presidency of the republic and those that refer to the governorship in Puebla. The preferences for AMLO in our locality coincide with the broad advantage of MORENA with respect to its closest competitors; however, if the preferences for Luis Miguel Barbosa are observed, there is the appearance of a disadvantage compared to the wife of Rafael Moreno Valle, official candidate of a diverse coalition.


In the second place, it is difficult to understand the perverse game that the morenovallismo disposed in its factions within the state. In Puebla and its municipalities there is extreme competition in the same Morenovallista cliques that are forced to get as many votes as possible for Martha Ericka Alonso; but also, forced to tear themselves apart -to get the municipal presidency. Similar experiences are experienced by some candidates for local and federal deputies.

Puebla is a living example of the place that the failure of politics can reach. The transfuguism that began in the era of Manuel Bartlett Díaz and generated the emigration of many PRI cadres to other political institutes, has degenerated into a partidocracy and de-institutionalization of participation and public administration. Pragmatic multi-party alliances generated an apocalyptic principality. These partisan migrations were interpreted, by some optimists, as the process towards a two-party system; However, pessimism pointed out that this political transvestism indicated the path towards the proliferation of leaderships as they lived in the country during the first years of the regime of the Mexican Revolution.

The Official Party had to "gather" approximately three thousand, among the more than ten thousand, political fractions that were fighting to build a new regime. Over time, the State Party inaugurated a political pact for the circulation of elites. At the end of the hegemonic period of the Revolutionary Family, Mexico found itself without parties, neither political class, nor State. However, the transition to democracy was a fine step for PRIs of all political parties to govern.


The problem is not the PRI as a political institute, the disease is a peculiar style of political leadership in the Mexican political culture: the caciquismo. The Cacique is the true dinosaur of the political transition in Mexico. It can be considered a generous style of patrimonialism; However, it constitutes a hindrance that does not allow the construction of political institutions and, much less, the arrival of liberal democracy.

Puebla allowed the architecture of one of the longest-lived and shameful chiefdoms in the history of Mexico: the avilacamachismo. The conservative nature of the entity did not allow the revolutionary, social and liberal spirit to settle in their territories. The "May 5" is only a mythologema without any consequence, it is more significant the contribution to found "El Yunque", point of reference of the Ibero-American extreme right. Conservatism and caciquism are the lanes through which local history has been conducted and manifested.

A crime poet has always pointed out to me that writers are more authentic and successful in explaining Puebla politics than many social scientists. He is absolutely right. It is enough a good novel -of the several that exist- as an aleph, to see the past, the present and the future of our society. The Pact of Honor and Justice has not moved a bit since the time of Maximinus, the subscribers remain encumbrados and cohesive. There are the same characters, playing the role that corresponds to them: Gunmen disguised as Businessmen and Bankers, Whiskers who play politicians, Foreigners Mafiosi, Bishops who only follow the Gospel of Power, a people who can not find a way to defend themselves and bastardy as a right of blood.

Puebla has always lived in the shadow of Avilacamachismo, it seems unlikely that this will change. The cacique structure survived thanks to the alternation, as understood by those who read the novels; the political scientists were confused and their error deepened the backwardness and injustice in Puebla. The population of Puebla is in the past, the social and economic indicators, the buoyant corruption, the insecurity and the fear let it see. Nor Maximino achieved a context so favorable to Satrapy.

The avilacamachismo prevented that the great social transformations of the Mexican revolution arrived in Puebla, the neoavilacamachismo is doing everything possible to isolate the entity. I hope that the next president of the republic acts as Adolfo Ruiz Cortines and imposes order; even if it comes from the center. It will be necessary to read novels to sharpen the political analysis and stop believing the fantasies of the extreme right: Martha Ericka is not Catalina, much less Carmen Serdán, is the Diaz Ordaz of Maximino Ávila Camacho, an ugly caricature of an oligarchy that will transform it into a monster, as happened with the native of Chalchicomula.

The world of show business affirmed: "the rich also cry". The mediated biography of Luis Miguel - one of the most important Ibero-American musical phenomena - evidences the sacrifice imposed by a social structure based on the caste system, resentment and envy, this model is the güeritocracy (Hispanocracy). Following the demographic study of INEGI on social mobility, the consequences of the inherited discrimination of the colonial period could be measured. During the Viceroyalty, having Spanish and white ancestry was synonymous with hegemony; while, the rest of the social castes, were condemned to the dispute by the hierarchy in an order that has remained stony. Little has changed the situation since then.



The Güeritocracy in Mexico can be a symbolic construction based on the reflections that this study generated. However, the social culture recognizes the rules of this structure. Due to the processes of colonization and conquest, a racial division developed in Mexico that links Catholic Hispanic whiteness with the best social strata and means of production while oppressing those who distance themselves from this social imaginary. It is in this sense that the "güeritos"(blondie), regardless of their abilities or belonging to aristocratic families, generally obtain positions of power. Each caste assumes the give and take that its role implies, there are historical adjustments but the extremes and the scale do not change. The counter-reformist regime subsists in architecture, beliefs and history.

The lack of a true liberal revolution in Mexico hurts generationally all social classes. Almost no one is saved, except who knows how to slide through social cleavages through tartufism, corruption and violence, as did the father of El Sol and the families that make up the oligarchy that owns the country.

France and England, after 1600 years of Constantine - Union between Religion and Politics - generated revolutionary paths to show that heaven is gained from here. In this way, the State appears as a lesser evil that can attenuate the valley of tears implied by existence; Thus, while the City of God endures in the limbo of the infinite, daily needs demand that people reconcile their interests, fears and passions. The fundamental myth of Christianity states that secularization is fundamental for transcendence, however, few religions have understood it and the West causes the disappearance of humanity by imbricating the Protestant and capitalist ethic.

The government of the State helps men to be saved from themselves. Contractualism and representation of social capital are unique tools to agree on the perpetuation of the species. This is the lesson that Mexico has not wanted to implement; State in our country is synonymous with protection of criminals, unfair trial, pedophilia, femicide, narco-politics, prostitution, etc. Constantineity must be limited in terms of human well-being.

The candidates for the presidency of the republic have expressed the urgency to reconstitute the Mexican State, it would be illogical if they did not say so! However, the differences in the way of implementing the political system have guided the political preferences of the people. Indeed, as the Güerito editorialists have acknowledged, there is a morenocracy that is outraged by the geopolitics. And as?! Will Luis Miguel know if his mother's experience was just? That Constantineity that claimed the right to fame to the musical Sun, is an absolute in Mexico. The kiriarcado caciquil of the Mexican revolution agreed with the uncompromising integral Catholicism, creating an anticommunist narrative, exclusive, decomposed, anti-Mexican that expresses well the PRIANRD.

In the second debate among the aspirants to the presidency, organized by the INE, the true political intention of the different candidates was notorious: a right that does not know what the State is for, oscillates between repressive violence, false nationalism and corruption Constantine; a PRI that is aware of the enormous diplomatic, political and economic effort necessary to rebuild relations with a country that -simply- no longer supports Mexico. But in the face of this, Meade does not assume the historical responsibility of his party and fails to establish how he will displace the corrupt kyriarchy that appointed him.

The offer of Morena, on the other hand, is limited when it proposes combat to the corruption and Welfare State; undoubtedly the speech is bland, but it is the most authentic against the Failed State in which the ungovernability and the oligarchy placed us. That has been enough for his candidate to benefit from the enormous indignation that the country is experiencing, because his proposals fight the pillars of historical Güeritocracy.

Güeritocracy that makes women a Marcela Bastieri or Malinche. Mentality that assumes the exclusion, racism and xenophobia to consider nationalism only the masculine-Hispanic manly Mexicanness. Rhetoric that considers the original peoples - browns-morenos-native- worse than the Nazis; However, he conceals that German National Socialism was based on Catholicism. Rude and haughty attitude to the different -like Anaya against the Peje or Margarita against Marichuy-, but submissive and cordial with the big capitals. Kyriarchy caciquil catholic that has expelled millions of Mexicans, which sustains its economy in exploitation, monopoly, drug trafficking and corruption. Technocracy region five, capable of producing only Mirreyes and Slaves. Constantineity unable to accept that the historical Christ, like the Virgin of Guadalupe, is moreno.

The National Regeneration Movement can reach the presidency of Mexico in the next elections, but the end of the geopolitical democracy does not depend on it; the country must change to look for its place in the concert of the countries and civilizations. The separation of the Constantineity is urgent so that the kiriarcado Hispanic caciquil catholic-the güeritocracy- finishes. In Mexico all fit and no one should escape the responsibility of integrating into a better future, the perverse system of colonial castes can not last a lifetime. Not even the United States has it and, for that reason, the US government demands that Mexico end its colonial order.

It is difficult to establish if a historical break in Mexico is approaching, even though it is time to leave the Middle Ages. Social mobility must not depend on the color of the skin, the caste system has to end, and the güeritocracy can no longer be our characteristic as a society.

Ahora,  la Derecha recurren a otros enemigos para justificar su existencia...hoy sus enemigos son las feministas, los homosexuales, los pobres...allí están tratando de justificarse...
