Popular Consultation and Transitional Justice

Popular Consultation and Transitional Justice Diego Martin Velázquez Caballero
Although the results of the survey regarding the trial of former Mexican presidents did not have the necessary results for the binding establishment that Morena's supporters - and some victims of authoritarian periods - considered, it is important to reflect on the demand for justice and memory of the past that a part of society claims. At the end of the last century, the historical trial was considered as a point of debate in the theory of transitions to democracy, legally it was called "Transitional Justice" to the legal processes necessary to judge the representatives of the authoritarian regime and jump to the period necessary for democratic consolidation. This process did not imply summary trials but rather the legal conscience, even in the absence, of the authoritarian perpetrators. The promoters of the agreed transition generated a current of opinion different from the historical judgment that indicated the need for oblivion. For example, Fernando Gutiérrez Barrios, Ignacio Morales Lechuga and Carlos Castillo Peraza; They believed that it was necessary to forgive and forget, to make end-of-term laws and amnesty, as happened in the cases of Spain and Chile, as well as in some regions of Eastern Europe. Even in aspects such as the "Dirty War" there was an emphasis on healthy forgetfulness. The Vicente Fox presidency did not apply any sanction against the authoritarian regime, the legal commissions to track down perpetrators and disappeared were obsolete. For some, this situation was necessary to generate governability and for the first alternation presidency to have no setbacks. Some of the data that had been provided by Francisco Barrios were simply not taken into account. The left and right were complicit in forgetfulness, their supine demands for historical reparation were overcome by the violence unleashed in subsequent governments. The war against drug trafficking involved a struggle whose human cost has not had time to consider. The results of the survey show that there will be no transitional justice for Mexico, AMLO's disinterest as well as the commitments to the dirty war that there are in certain 4Q collaborators, are a sign that only history can pay attention to this issue, although Some seem like a memorandum of rancor, it is still the only sign of the responsibility that various actors of the political class have with authoritarianism and corruption in Mexico. Transitional justice makes it possible to delimit human actions, recognize mistakes and amend acts. It is Vivianne Forrester's criticism of Hanna Arendt when she points out that authoritarianisms do not have an artificial evil. The impossibility of historical or transitional justice and its relationship with US imperialism and the Catholic Church have not been evaluated. The drug trafficking-cia-anticomunismo-dfs square may affect the interests of imperialist governance and the concessions that North America has made to the Mexican political class. The geopolitics of the cold war is responsible for the many authoritarian acts that still have resonance and explain much of the socioeconomic structure of Mexico. AMLO, like Vicente Fox, can do little about the past, there are many issues that US interventionism hinders. Thomas Jefferson noted: "I truly tremble for my country when I think that God exists." North American messianism has no fear of God or anything. Manifest destiny is capable of transforming murderers into heroes just because, yes, it is the reward for building capitalism. Memory or Forgetfulness? That is the dilemma. Who has the right to remember? Who has the right to justice? More than legal questions, they seem eschatological questions. Nicaragua and Cuba have demonstrated in international tribunals the barbaric acts that the United States has committed. Who can punish the Empire? The results of the popular poll and the disinterest -political and social- indicate the prevalence of corruption and impunity that anti-communism made customary. The final point laws are a sample of containing the transformation of law and justice, making stone what by nature has to be dynamic and transformative. The past will still be there, it can no longer be hidden, the question is to assimilate and learn from it. Resolve trauma as in psychological therapy. Denying it implies lying and upsetting the future of society, repeating problems and evil. The link in the history of corruption, abuse and impunity with the learning of democratic political culture is more than important.

Cuba: the Latin American Crimea

Cuba: the Latin American Crimea Diego Martin Velázquez Caballero
Perhaps there is no Latin American emblem as significant as Cuba represents it. The defense of the Argentine Malvinas is an act of supreme courage, but Cuba's resistance to imperialist ambition is immeasurable. David against Goliath is a brief metaphor for the infinite dignity that the Cuban revolution has manifested. Beyond ideological conflicts, Cuba personifies for Latin America a bulwark of identity. The last possession of the Spanish empire is also a watchword of life. Cuba is the other Spanishness, the utopia of a revolutionary and social republic, secular, plural and significant. The United States has only enslaved Latin America and Cuba represents Spartacus who has managed to wound the American colossus. The blockade of Cuba must end. The oppression of the powerful over the weak is only ignominy and, therefore, the world is with the Cuban revolution. Robert Pastor has marked the expiration of anti-communism in globalization; Yet US imperialism, like an old and foolish Cyclops, continues to pursue the Bolshevik Moby Dick even in the soup flies. The pandemic has revealed the validity of many kinds of life, but it demonstrates the profound crisis that liberalism holds: Anglo-Saxon individualism kills more people than any kind of socialism. Latin America, and particularly Mexico, must strengthen diplomatic relations with Cuba at whatever cost. The Gulf of Mexico has been a lock for regional development and growth derived from the blockade, but US domination would be more serious if Cuba loses sovereignty. The United States knows the value of Cuba beyond geopolitical positions, it is enough to observe the preference of North American society for Cuban immigration to the detriment of others. Education, science, sports and health; they are successful policies that Cuba implements and exchanges. Just look at the group of athletes, doctors and different professionals who live in the United States and were trained on the island. There are plenty of historical reasons to show that the freedom of Cuba is the least important thing to US imperialism. True totalitarianism is North American imperialism, an absolutism unparalleled in the history of empires, Ernesto Guevara is the Christ of the Nazarene compared to the Himmler that any president of the United States could personalize. North America has lost the battle for the historical sense of liberalism and it is the natural balance that makes Cuba's subsistence and her resistance pertinent. The Democratic Party could change things, but it is more interested in confusing the world, in conspiring to sustain a hegemony that has the seconds counted. The problem is not Latin America but the West, particularly an Anglo-Saxon culture that does not give in its capacity for interventionism and manipulation to get the most out of things. Anglo-Saxon individualism simply drags the world to its destruction and, therefore, utopian islands like Cuba deserve to be defended despite the socialist regime. Latin America and Africa did not seem to exist for the West and the United States, which have exercised extreme colonialism, said carelessness in geopolitical management is a sign of historical clumsiness, now Africa advances thanks to Islam and Latin America will progress if it soon abandons the false anti-communist rhetoric. If North America were to eliminate the blockade on the Cuban island, Caribbean socialism would have disappeared a long time ago and a liberal regime would be presented that would lay the foundations of a different capitalism, without taking into account the enormous development and economic benefit that it would mean for the region of the Gulf of Mexico and the Latin American Caribbean. Together with the United States, a development model capable of empowering everyone could be formed. The economic blockade is beneficial to the anarchist liberalism of the United States and the corrupt conservatism of Latin America. As long as the blockade against Cuba persists, the Latin American populist movement will have reasons to sue and exhibit Yankee imperialism with justified reasons. Cuba is the scapegoat for maintaining an anti-communist struggle that has lost meaning and further confuses the internal issues of the United States. Cuba, like Latin America, requires better treatment from the United States and a multilateral international relationship.

Middle Class. The Latin American Dreyfus

Middle class. The Latin American Dreyfus Diego Martin Velázquez Caballero
Responsibility against the middle classes for the failure of government projects is common in Latin America. It is always thought that those responsible for the national unrest are represented by the oligarchies; But sooner or later political groups blame the middle class. Neither the left nor the right create policies for the middle classes because they feel they are far from their fundamental values. In countries where liberal modernization is late and the authoritarian and / or statist path is presented as the only path, this social group is identified as alien and, on many occasions, expelled. Socialists, capitalists and Nazis, they despised the middle class. Populist regimes eventually drive out the middle classes. This has happened in Cuba, Chile, Venezuela, the USSR and Nazi Germany. Precisely the criticisms that the president accused as unfair, racist and classist towards his political model, it seems that he now implements them against the middle classes. From some vantage points, the situation is serious because targeting this social group constitutes significant discrimination and cancels Western-style modernization. The middle class represents a culture, values, ethics and liberal sense different from the marginal and upper classes. During the neoliberal era, it was considered that belonging to the middle class implied receiving a kiss from the devil. Indeed, in countries like Mexico, it is the main unprotected group of modernizing national projects. It only counts on itself. Their lack of spirit, nationalism, defeatism and capacity to drag themselves towards the rest of the population are accused. Nothing is understood about the importance of having a large middle class for stability and democratic consolidation. Democratic nations have focused on consolidating and expanding the middle classes. The middle class is not to blame for anything. They are in a chain of dissatisfaction throughout the country because he has been the main missionary of Western modernization and, perhaps, one of its main victims. The middle classes suffer from the multiple modernizations that Mexico proposes to inhibit westernization and conflict. For several years, the middle classes have been the silent collaborators of the different modernizations and they have all been badly off. When you look at the way the middle class has historically been humiliated throughout history, you find the meaning of populism. Authoritarians have sent them to milk cows, cut sugarcane, get off the production line, teach literacy, delouse, vaccinate, demarcate land, emigrate ... and they always go. Latin American projects oscillate between social extremes, but have never been directed towards the middle classes. AMLO's attack on this social sector is a sign of the capitulation of the 4T against the national oligarchies and the United States. The president's anger with the middle classes is because they do understand that Q4 is gibberish that does not integrate or evolve anything. The president does not choose a liberal or socialist modernizing route, he is opting for the path of informality, corruption, cheerleading, cacicazgo and lax that US imperialism imposes on us. The United States speaks through AMLO: "A country like Mexico does not need professionals or people with graduate degrees. North America, Europe and Asia, yes. We do not want a Japan on the other side of the Rio Grande." In Mexico it is necessary to say, honestly and brutally, if integration with the United States can be formally. That was the route of the Asian Tigers. While Latin American social sciences promote pobretology, in other latitudes the importance of training sectors trained and finding economic gaps for international competition is being analyzed. Asian neoliberalism managed to emancipate itself from the United States thanks to the formation of a working, innovative and skilled middle class. The informality that so much money and wealth generates also develops a number of unquantifiable evils. This gangster capitalism is responsible for America's decline and world Balkanization. The isolationism of the Republicans tried to lessen the situation, the Democrats want to take it to the extreme. The middle class constitutes a positivist righteous desire, perhaps it is the arrival point of the modernizing utopia. In spite of everything, it is the one that represents the evolution and development of a country, it is the one that can take charge of complex modernization processes. The presidential declarations have been unfortunate and painful as they only show the search for scapegoats because the 4T fails to establish itself. There are no political projects for the Latin American middle class, Western modernization fails and everything is conducted as the social extremes and imperialism want it. A Mexico like the one today is only convenient for the United States, the national oligarchy and the usual powers that be, that is the president's pain. But the middle classes are also indispensable in shaping national development. The empire must do the foresight to understand the urgency of consolidating in Mexico a middle power that contains the enormous migratory waves, informal, violent and non-Western that are coming.

A mexican standoff in the anglo saxon spirit

A mexican standoff in the anglo saxon spirit Diego Martín Velázquez Caballero
Rubén Darío means the United States as Alexander Nabucodonosor. Vladimir Putin updates the poetry of the sublime Nicaraguan by equating Yankee imperialism with the senile insanity of the Babylonian. The US hegemony has entered a labyrinth with no way out where whoever pays no longer commands, now they have to pay so that they do not kill them. When the situation in our country and in North America is analyzed, it seems that we are locked in a labyrinth with no solution. The relationship between Mexico and the United States is a mystery that only the universe solves and of which, surely, no one is fully satisfied. This situation had already occurred in the Mexican past of the Second French Intervention and the Cristero War. Nobody wins. The United States is not going to allow Mexico to consolidate itself as a sovereign and independent state, but neither will it leave the territory up for grabs for some important enemy to take over. That is why it generates division and supports all political forces. The struggle for power in Mexico is a tie with the taste of defeat, where none of the cliques has the option to crush the others completely. But the Mexican dilemma is not typical of Mexico alone, this situation of lock ties is a practice of the United States for many societies and groups, especially in the financing of terrorism. A unique case is represented by the dictatorship of Francisco Franco in Spain, forced to coexist with various opposition forces that, at the same time, were protected by the United States. Franco was supported by the Nazis, English and Americans, so that by establishing himself in power he managed to clean up politics and the economy; and they tried to eliminate him when his hegemony was no longer convenient for them. However, the generalissimo stood up to the end and built a balance that kept Francoism as a family under the new pact that, in any case, placed Spain as subordinate to Western geopolitics. The Anglo-Saxons are experts in speculating and creating these lockdown scenarios so that they are the faithful of the balance and the strict option. The colonies of England always served to destabilize regions and expand Anglo-Saxon rule. Today, that heritage for the United States continues to constitute the fault zones that impede the evolution of human, historical, and cultural geography. Anglo-Saxon culture seems willing to extinguish humanity so that they survive. However, dilemmas such as the Mexican one occur or you lock up where there is no possibility of further speculation. North America knows that if Mexico falls, they fall. And this knowledge serves as an instrumental force for all parties. The chaos of Mexico will always have a limit, the one that the United States supports. England is an island that can afford to allow Russia and Germany to dominate the European continent momentarily, in the future it will antagonize them at all costs, as happened in the First and Second World Wars. The United States is not an island, it cannot be configured as Iceland, Australia or New Zealand; who have the sea to separate the different. The United States has a high probability of experiencing a process like that of the Republic of South Africa that implied integration and sharing of power with different racial populations. As long as the United States does not understand the interaction and continentality that it must necessarily live, it will be condemned to the Mexican dilemma. The United States will harm Mexico as support for the Mexican lumpenproletariat to reach its territory. The current federal administration in Mexico has tried to go the route of the Keynesian measures that surely inspired Brexit. Indeed, neoliberalism has deeply affected society, it has suffered the enormous costs of capitalism and, for that reason, it is just trying to get out of a deep spiral of corruption, violence and poverty. England have questioned Amlo, but there is likely more similarity between López Obrador and Boris Johnson. England has also laid out an anti-globalization path for quite some time. Amlo has been consistent with this perspective that questions the free market. England agrees with this strategy, they have preferred not to cooperate more with the financing of the common Europe and this is proof that the criticisms of neoliberalism are correct. England found itself with an excess of contributions towards the commercial unit with Europe and, wisely, decided to abandon it. It is not a society that suits life and the Anglo-Saxon project. England has also chosen to slow down the capitalism of globalization.

United States: The World PRI

United States: The World PRI? Diego Martín Velázquez Caballero
The news regarding the North American interventionism in Mexico to alter the results of the next elections generates indignation, although it is understandable and common in the historical context of our neighborhood. Serious, but nothing new. What is interesting is not only the financing of the Mexican right but also of most of the political tendencies that serve geopolitical interests. US imperialism is capable of perverting the most noble and just causes to achieve its ambitions. A country that makes wars for peanuts and walnuts is capable of anything and much more. AMLO's remarks regarding USAID and IMCO are reminiscent of the anecdotes of the militants during the Cold War era. They all went to ask the Government for money, then they had to confront themselves or DFS would tighten the nuts on all sides and, finally, they all received resources to strengthen, as far as possible, their political and governmental institutes. The United States sponsors the right, but also many left. In a world where the geopolitical dispute was causing paroxysm in American society, it also encouraged Yankee imperialism to spread everywhere. The PRI's cement ran out when it could no longer have economic control to distribute jobs through co-optation and corporatism. This is the case with the United States. Morris Berman, Noam Chomsky and Samuel Huntington have a series of coincidences regarding the American decadence. The American taxpayer no longer supports the disloyalty of the Trust and, therefore, the Trumpist clique is preparing to fracture the American Union if the irrational spending continues. The post-neoliberal extractivist globalization that the Democratic Party has ended up championing no longer fits in the world of the future. The PRI was a caciquil corporatist confederation and the US was formed as a Gangster Trust. Both became a culture rather than an institution: the one who wins gets everything. And while such anarchist individualism has brought the free market everywhere; It does not generate community or society, it is the pure state of nature. Pedro Páramo and Leviathán dividing everyone to always win. And threatening to fold his arms to cause the violent night, the dust of men. When public opinion asks why does the PRI never die? It is enough just to turn to see the indifference of the political parties. The same probably applies to nations that ask Why isn't America falling apart? Some nations that have managed to establish themselves in a medium way without claiming the hegemony of the United States, had to develop important tasks to conform as States and Societies. It is the difference of the countries that have managed to block the incessant Yankee imperialism and safeguard their sovereignty. The PRI never managed to consolidate itself as a State Party, and the satellite parties that were created from it still remain marginal and dependent. The same is true of states colonized by North America. The current pandemic is a severe test for the identity values of civilizations. The United States, like the PRI in 2000, faces the challenge of returning to the origin, reinventing itself; On pain of continuing in an empty, irrational pragmatism that ends in nihilism. America -completely- faces orphans if there is no willingness to pick up the story where the course went wrong. The United States is opposed to the task of becoming a multicultural state and society, provisions that were inhibited since the end of World War II. Imperialist interventionism only generates emigration, drug trafficking, poverty and anomie that, in any case, North America ends up correcting. How long will American liberal individualism endure this rate of exploitation? Zombies and aliens swarm all over the American geography and will no longer endure neglect and neglect. Just as they polarize other societies to reach civil war, the nine North America are on the brink of a radical internal conflict. The internal sociodemographic problems of the United States are more serious than those faced by China, Russia or India. In Mexico, PRI members of all political parties govern and the transition ended in a Failed State. How will the world end if gringos of all races and nationalities rule? The Davos Culture has radically changed its goals for 2030, the Democratic Party is tangential with respect to them. Joe Biden tries to imitate Constantine and rescue the Empire by handing it over to the Catholic Church, it won't work. Samuel Huntington's last book established the mechanisms of American regeneration, it is about forming a new society from a break with the corporatism of the trust, not returning to the corporatism of the Middle Ages. A long painful night is warned if the United States maintains the subsidy to terrorists of all ideologies, including anti-American ones, and does not allow geography to evolve on its own. Eurasia, Islam, Brahmanism and Buddhism; they will win the battle if they keep fighting to deny their existence.

The president and the chiefs

 The president and the chiefs

Diego Martin Velázquez Caballero

Every day in Mexico the gray zone gains influence, that is, the informal mechanisms that are imposed on the institutions to establish a hybrid of social control. The gray zone (Wil Pansters) is the intermediary offered by certain political actors and operators to solve problems where they are protagonists -cause and effect-; Although they solve little, they manage to stop the demands or, at least, darken the environment to confuse everything. This is how governance has been during the neoliberal era and the democratization that began in the nineties of the last century.

The Mexican State has made use of this gray area to address the problems of drug trafficking, social movements and neo-extractivism, the problem is that the State loses more and more. The federal government has capitulated many spaces and is unable, even, to manage its own engineering.

This situation is representative, says for example Moisés Naim, of the change with respect to the paradigm of power. However, the situation represents the actors of all times: locals versus foreigners, nationalists versus globalists. Depending on the country, the correlation between the elements changes, although in recent times it seems that nations are in permanent defeat.

In the Mexican case, the caciques are representatives of that strange power that is alien to the institutionality. Attached to the motherland, or distant homelands, these characters always question the State and manipulate it, they are advantageous in their particular or local interests and do not contribute to the well-being of the country. They lie when they say that they control the gray area, but their presence in it is real.

Upon the triumph of Vicente Fox, Lorenzo Meyer developed a reflection on the measurement of strength between the Executive and the factual powers of the country. The political scientist warned of the need for control over these actors and the ways in which they manipulated the public administration and the states. Meyer was right, Fox could not control the powers that be and opted for a discreet mutation with them. The country has paid the cost.

In each society, those with the greatest local membership and those from the neighborhood are always going to confront each other. The conflict between globalists and nationalists now takes preponderance in the configuration of the world order.

The porfiriato and priato constituted models of caciquil collaborative factionalism where agreements were respected and common projects were formulated. When cohesion and cooperation waned, the national chief had to exercise intelligent violence to reestablish control. Only in this way was governance established every six years and it became necessary to renew it.

As the transition progressed, the governors and other caciques began to break order. Roberto Madrazo Pintado was perhaps the first governor who confronted the central power and emerged victorious. Henceforth, governance became a disaster and not even with the army collaborative factionalism has been reestablished. Upon the arrival of Ali Baba and his 32 thieves (Andrew Paxman), there was fraud, but no governance.

The transition returned to Mexico at the beginning of the 20th century, it was already happening and, therefore, Carlos Salinas de Gortari ruled like Generals Cárdenas y Calles, and he could not subdue them, he almost ended up ruling as if he had been Carranza.

The iron control of the regional powers is fundamental for the presidential project. Now the governors, mayors and groups allied to them, promote ungovernability and contempt. There can be no better scenario for imperialism that takes advantage of any internal division.

The white, brown, university, religious, rural, urban chiefs, workers, peasants, students, feminists, street workers, etc .; they are being damaged by the attack on corruption. They react because they have never respected the State, they have agreed with it to remain advantageous operators and intermediaries.

The president still has a large base of support, but he has to lead the strikes like Cárdenas did. AMLO, in the course of his project, has forgotten to generate governance and his allies act as enemies not only because of the inconsistency with the 4T but because of the same particular interests that are being formed. The idea that the president is insufficient to generate governance is well known; the party has always been necessary as an extension, binomial and appendix. Lopez Obradorism turns into a church without faithful, before the end of the six-year term! Believers exist because the miracles are many, especially in the pandemic, but without a party the Messiah will end up crucified.

If Mexico Falls, the United States Falls

If Mexico falls, the United States falls

Diego Martin Velázquez Caballero

There is an abundant literature that shows the historical interventionism of North America to bend governments and communities to its interests. Latin America is a constant example of military, economic, political and social occupation. The pandemic has come to demonstrate total American selfishness and pride.

The incessant media attack, internal and external, on the government of the Mexican Republic is part of the destabilizing American tradition. The United States of America embassy plays the role of being an uncomfortable and dangerous guest. He always betrays the trust of the country where he resides.

The relationship between the Democratic Party and Mexico has been more than unfortunate in recent years. Just remember the results with Jimmy Carter, Bill Clinton and Obama, there is a negative prognosis with Pretty Fly Biden. The Democrats hurt the neighborhood between the United States and Mexico a lot, they promote fruitless and superfluous discrepancies. They call themselves progressives, but they agree with the most caciquile, delinquent and retrograde groups of Mexican politics.

The comparison between Luis Echeverría Álvarez and AMLO is fallacious. Echeverrismo was an authoritarian nationalist capitalism that wanted to gain independence through the international dynamism of the non-aligned. Echeverría, a former LITEMPO collaborator of the CIA, decided to exercise a pragmatic despotism so that the Mexican State could recover from the sporting events to which it was subjected. AMLO is a pigeonholed ruler, trying to restore the State and ensuring that the public administration recovers the minimum of governability. Democratic interventionism wants to take over a country that is on the verge of collapse. Biden is getting more wrong than Trump, he has no agenda for the post-covid world nor is he in charge of the liberal eugenics set in motion. The Welfare State is a necessity for humanity and individualist liberalism must be limited in its anarchic neoliberal elites.

North America ends up paying for the broken dishes of the oligarchies such as the Atlacomulco Group and the Capellonacracia. Between 1994 and 2018, the violence and impoverishment of Mexico has only resulted in emigration and organized crime that have shaped the Mexican and, slowly, American Failed State. During the Salinato, the national government launched a Kemalista project that aimed at leveling and socioeconomic integration, sabotage of Mexico's economic development fueled decades of incremental emigration and drug violence. The unbearable closeness between Mexico and the United States has been fueled by the Democrats to the levels of social explosion.

The end of the Cold War meant the end of imperialist impunity. The behavior of the United States in other regions affects its internal processes. Mexico is a dam to the problems that the south represents, but it can no longer remain in a situation of remote administration or with absolute corruption. AMLO represents the necessary modernization of the South that extends capitalist economic processes to shield North America. Without development in the south of the country, Mexico's problems will lead to Central American and Caribbean dynamics that will make the US systemic threshold unbearable.

What happens if Mexico destabilizes? That the Failed State is contagious to the United States because it is no longer the backyard but the Living Room, what does a Failed United States mean? The dismemberment. The United States is not a Homeland, it is not a Nation but a Corporatist TRUST that is going to dismember as it was configured towards the end of the American Civil War. In the 19th century, the United States saved Mexico and Mexico saved the United States. Jaime Castrejon writes about it, “in 1987 Joel Garreau published a book that has held the interest of scholars during these years: The Nine Nations of North America. His main argument is that we should forget about current maps; The people of North America are naturally splitting into rival power blocs, with separate loyalties, interests, and plans of their own for the future. [...] The nine nations whose seat is not in the concept of the nation-state but in the grouping of similarities and cultural similarities, are: Iron and steel industry in the Northwest, Dixie in the South, Bread Basket in the Midwest. , Chicago and a small strip of Canada; Ecotopia on the north Pacific coast; Mexamérica in New Mexico, California, Texas, Arizona and from Mexico to Panama; New England, in the extreme northwest; Quebec, as a French-speaking country; the Empty Zone, from Colorado to Alaska; and the Islands that comprise part of Florida, Cuba, Puerto Rico, the Virgin Islands and the English-speaking Caribbean ”.

AMLO assumed immense presidential power in the worst crisis of political discredit and economic disaster, had to accept pragmatic and immoral alliances for geopolitics. The United States is also on the border of chaos with an immeasurable number of political bombs. Will they continue to heed Zbigniew Brzezinski's vision in a world that no longer belongs to them? Are you sure they all fit in the ships that lead to Mars?
