La Historia

(...) la historia no es más que un sueño. Los que la hicieron soñaron cosas que no se realizaron; los que la estudian sueñan cosas pasadas; los que la enseñan (...) sueñan que poseen la verdad y que la entregan.

Donald Trump and the New World Order

Donald Trump and the New World Order
July 9, 2020
Diego Martín Velázquez Caballero

The coronavirus has generated a crisis situation in all areas. The scenario may have been provoked or spontaneous, but the consequences will deeply affect the present generations. The isolation that humanity lives contained a series of conflicts and social demands that marginalized and youth groups, all over the world, were beginning to shape. In North America, social mobilizations are on the brink of total conflict.

The current scenario is similar to the beginning of the 20th century. Technology, westernization and markets maintained a buoyant position, however, all these advances caused a century of wars and geopolitical repositioning. The 21st century seemed the end of history, once again there was talk of western and technological triumphs that made all human beings equal, however, this situation - and the conflicts of the last century - have not been able to solve the problems of poverty and generational dynamically increasing. The XX and XXI centuries have in common the rebellion of the masses (José Ortega y Gasset). Some consider that the 1968 virus has consolidated. For others, there is an alienation of which we are not yet aware but which will lead to social decomposition. Thus, a more dynamic and unstable generational change is observed. The generation of 1968 criticized the social order and the slowness that the gerontocracy of the time represented. It was an important call of the "crisis of modernity", a phenomenon that has not stopped and that increases over time.

In the past, the order was concentrated in several periods and remained a good number of years. Now, changes, thanks to technology and the free flow of information, are faster and displaces forms, they are just beginning to be structured. The media and social networks transmit a series of information and values that break the paradigms of social control, it has always been so. The fashions are opposite to the status quo and come from elements that are always the crumbs of the elites.

There is a deep rebellion of the masses, the problem lies in understanding if it will be of the magnitude of the early twentieth century. The rebellion of the masses in this environment caused communism and, in reaction to it, the European fascisms. Both phenomena generated the totalitarianisms that made that period a prolonged period of violence. The rebellion of the masses ended the civilization project of European liberalism and allowed the consolidation of North American imperialism, perhaps now the experience is repeated, will it continue as the superpower of the United States? The world problem continues to be the distribution of wealth, the formation of a minimal welfare state and a broad middle class that legitimizes the authoritative instructions of the political system. If the State disappears, society disappears. Measures to generate mixed economies and a large world middle class can no longer be prolonged.

The humanitarian crisis caused by COVID19 constitutes an advanced euthanasia that raises a series of problems that run down the path of technology and generational change. What types of human beings are going to stay? What environment awaits the next generations? Will humanity survive? Answering these questions is difficult. Inertia, the laboratory of history, tells us that - sooner or later - the elements of violent human nature tend to prevail, the demon of all times prays: man will always be the same and again he will destroy himself because he all he knows how to do is fight.

In this context, the link between Mexico and the United States implies coordination of survival in the face of scenarios such as COVID19 and, surely, more serious and worse, of continuing with the neoliberal economic model promoted by the New World Order.
One of the issues to link Trump to Mexico is immigration. That is where the importance of the United States to Mexico can be understood. You have to realize how many compatriots send their remittances to rural communities so that they survive. Governments are concentrated in the cities and forget about the places where migrants are expelled, that is, those communities in which the difficult social, economic and even political situation forces them to leave and remain outside their community for several years (Puebla is one of the most representative states for the removal of immigrants to the United States. In all governments, with the exception of Melquiades Morales and Mario Marín, attention to the future of migrants has been minimal, if not null).

It should be understood that the vulnerable situation of a country like Mexico is an indication that it cannot be negotiated with great advantage, that is, it is expected that the issues of migration, drug trafficking, economy and security are beneficial for Mexicans; But, as the saying goes, the United States has interests, not friends, and that is why Donald Trump's relationship with López Obrador is convenient for the Republican Party and nothing else.

Even though our nation has managed to emancipate itself for two hundred years, the truth is that it has not been able to construct a socio-political scheme to inhibit falling under the tutelage of Anglo-Saxon imperialism. It is true that, as historically defined spaces, the comparative advantages were favorable for Ibero-America compared to what is currently known as the United States of America. What was the difference of the routes? The utility and presentation of the modern project. The modern vision of the Nation-State allowed North America to build an expansionist society and perspective from the beginning of its independence. The secular religion of North America was imperialism.

Iberoamerica, on the contrary, always had - and has - an anti-modern vision, its trajectory and context, inhibited any other option other than Catholic nationalism.

Mexico, in particular, was the laboratory for American expansionism and, once American empowerment began, the position of the United States became unattainable. Mexico has had to add to the traditional Hispanic-Catholic dominance, the colonialism imposed by North America. Mexico has not had, nor does it have, the possibility of making geopolitical alliances with Asian, European, African countries or any international organization; On the contrary, the geopolitical processes of the 20th century consolidated the United States as a superpower and Mexico as a fundamental part of its National Security structure.

That Mexico does better when Republicans govern the United States, there is no doubt. The situation of control and national security that characterizes them, causes attention to be paid, much attention, in our country. On the other hand, the ambiguous ideas of the Democrats provoke a neglect that increases the national problem. Donald Trump and AMLO agree on the rejection of the New World Order, the model that the United States implemented in the wake of the Cold War and which has now come to an end. The concept of "Brexit" is a sign that globalization is no longer in control and there are irresponsible people who are going to lead society to disaster, humanity to extinction.

Drunkenness was neoliberalism and Samuel Huntington warned it in his works, Zbigniew Brzezinski's geopolitical model has caused many social problems and, really, the United States has to wonder what is worth more to them, the collapse of the Berlin Wall or the collapse of the Twin Towers of the WTC. Brzezinski posed the dilemma between controlling the world as a superpolice or exercising moral leadership, US imperialism will have to choose because both are impossible. North America became the murderer of an invisible, economic, and trans-territorial power that mixes the world's main economic elites and the organized crime of the most extreme anarchism. Liberalism is twinned with anarchism and, therefore, causes conflicts as serious as those that characterized the 20th century. Totalitarianisms were the consequence of uncontrolled economic liberalism that overcame the political values of government institutions. Hence, the conflict situations that are lived now, present this situation of chaos and disorder. Transgression must be evolutionary, but economic liberalism is involuntary, even if it tries to observe methodological rationalism, what it does is expose the legitimacy of the most violent principles of mankind.

The health contingency is deepening the gap between generations, technology, knowledge and values. The situation has generated a profound change derived from technology and, now, it is confirmed that this is imminent. It is not a question of expressing that the new generations are better in the handling of technologies, this is a truth of Perogrullo, but that the technological availability will pigeonhole the future progenies in the devices and social networks because the world problems require a parenthesis and suspension of the economy, perhaps we are in the presence of the definitive transition from neoliberalism to neo-extractivism. The combative and bourgeois attitude of the new generations comes from a demand to increase the power of the market, but reality does not allow this to be constituted, all generations have had to learn from reality and these will not be the exception: the environment and the existence of people is in deep trouble.

Hence, even when new social movements have that capacity to be divergent, reality has no regard for anyone. The prospects for some is that technology is not always friendly and has consequences.

Education, paideia, as before and always, seeks to change this human nature and, despite all the negative judgments towards teaching and school, it is necessary to find models that achieve that generous change in humanity. Rifkin and Marina, constitute a way of understanding the poles in the role of the school facing this situation: the debate between strong and weak thinking. What is strong thinking and weak thinking? Strong thinking is represented by ethics, responsibility, even conservative vision. Weak thinking is anarchist, existential nihilist. Strong thinking involves goals, competitiveness, and resilience. The fort is related to realism and the physical, material and geographical conditions of life. The second is based on idealism, utopias and alternative forms. On the other hand, there are also those who believe that something can still be changed and that, although this is a qualified form of weak thinking, it is values, leadership, and feelings that will always help us get ahead. The secret is to unite these perspectives and avoid the pessimism and idealism that can be generated from one or the other.

Technology allows new generations to access information more quickly. With this, the structures are broken immediately and tribes and social roles that were not contemplated appear. Empathy will be that tool that will allow them to face that reality that is unknown.

USA. Goodbye to the Russian Doll?

USA. Goodbye to the Russian Doll?
June 23, 2020

Governance in Mexico is highly dependent on the United States. Throughout the 19th and 20th centuries, a process of subordination, coupling and integration was generated, where our country linked the caste counter-reformist structure with Anglo-Saxon colonialism. North America used Mexico as an experiment in its imperialism and, like Spain, had to take over the vanquished.

Unlike other empires, according to Heinz Dieterich, the United States found an adequate way to exercise its hegemony: Consumerism instead of Communism and Nationalism. That has been the key to great American power; but, also, the piece that is generating your sclerosis.

Compared to other imperialisms, the North American promoted capitalism and free markets so that the countries of its vital sphere assimilated western modernity. Like all empires, it was effective in supporting its subjects and, even better, in finding the formulas to maintain cohesion and generate synergies that, in the economic perspective, generated western wealth and made the metropolis an Eden of liberal capitalist democracy.

Nothing is forever and, therefore, the exhaustion of the United States generated the crisis that led to the election of Donald Trump as representative of the executive power. The difficulties for President Trump to re-elect himself are increasing and, apparently, the social movements and the health crisis, decisively inhibit the future of his political career. For this reason, the departure of Trump forces reconsiderations regarding the geopolitical changes that are seen.

Despite the fact that Donald Trump was considered a reissue of Ronald Reagan or George W. Bush, the period of one of the most controversial American rulers shows a singular exhaustion of the Superpower. Corruption homologated the Democratic and Republican Party, social outrage is likely to lead to unique transformations in the American electoral system, otherwise the WASP hegemony will have to take radical steps to continue imposing itself. The dilemma is whether to maintain the United States as a geopolitical empire or to seize the most important financial and criminal centers to subdue and manage the world.

Andrés Oppenhaimer, for example, has witnessed the geopolitical interest in developing a capitalism of friends in Latin America that weakens institutions, generates immense poverty and triggers a deep economy of informality and crime. Immigration, drug trafficking and geopolitics have brought the United States to the possibility of hegemonic loss and the empowerment of Russia, China and Islam. A condition that is not important for the world economic elite because, in the long term, it has been more profitable to manage production processes than political mechanisms.

The fall of Donald Trump can mean the reconstruction of the Nation State as well as the redirection of economic globalism. It is important to democratize capitalism and contain the voracity of the economic groups that override the communities of the Nation State. The responsibility is on the Democratic side. Few enemies remain in the world for the traditional geopolitical route of the United States, almost everyone is capitalist and consumerist, but it depends on the North American market to support itself.

The role of world superpolice is something that accompanies imperialism, the United States has the obligation to play it, inside and outside, in a successful and responsible way, if it does not want to repeat the experience of the stupid giant that was the Spanish Empire. Before thinking about colonizing the Moon or Mars, or future galactic wars with aliens, the Empire must fund democracy, fair public policy, environmental sustainability, and demographics without anomies.

The invisible government of the United States that used pentagonism to bring freedom and the market everywhere, must decide between economic elites and social control. The Hobbesian test for the coronavirus is only a small reminder of the fragility of order. How long can elites survive without the existence of the state and social order?

Technologies and liberalism are leading us to the same scenarios of the late nineteenth century. North America and the world are at risk of not resisting another century of war. The enemy is internal corruption and the Failed / Delinquential States that the imperialist elites support through cynical creole oligarchies. Modernity can no longer be hijacked by the geopolitical theology of the United States and the ambivalent Western culture. Either the utopia of positivism financed by the State and the Company or humanity begins from scratch.

Miguel Barbosa and the Whitexicans

Miguel Barbosa and the Whitexicans

Puebla has been living, for a couple of years, a conflict that, in an increasingly constant way, seems to lead to ungovernability and disorder. Morenovallismo tried to found a neo-avilacamachismo based on an authoritarian consensus that forgot about the changes in consciousness and structure that the country has experienced. With everything and the jacket of political alternation, technocratic caciquismo did not have enough political and economic resources to consolidate a route to national political power. Circumstances forced morenovallismo to defend, with serious violence, the spaces that, eccentrically, it considered to be its forerunner. Fate eliminated the possibility of neo-avilacamachismo and also generated a fragmentation of the old cliques, survivors and widows who, apparently, still remain in radical competition where they increasingly forget about politics and align themselves in purges that aggravate the situation. from Puebla.
The tacit agreement of these cliques is to prevent the construction of a democratic regime in the state. Factions only tend to multiply and show who is the best traitor. Stability, equity, justice, security, growth and development, move away from our environment.
The authoritarian modernization of Morenovallismo left the entity in a critical situation. An unjust centralization, prone to looting, abuse and dispossession, hurt the municipalities and regions that, since then, have been victims of crime, emigration, poverty and misgovernment.
After the rugged electoral process that allowed MORENA to gain control of the executive and legislative powers, far from reducing the aforementioned situation, it has done everything to make things worse. The state government is solely responsible, since its policy of alliances and administrative laziness, generates the scene of a social nightmare.
Miguel Barbosa cannot accuse the Right of a dirty war when he has decided to make them part of his government and agree with them on future candidacies and economic policies. Barbosa is more an ally of Claudio X. González, Ricardo Salinas and the PRIANRD mafia, than a politician aware of the social project with which MORENA became president of the republic. The state executive is increasingly distancing himself from AMLO and incorporating collaborators from the coup trend against the Mexican Republic. His criticisms of the Reaction are ridiculous because he has filled entire Departments of public administration with reactionaries, he is confronted with the ghost of morenovallismo but with some of the surviving factions he aspires to control the state. And still wondering why things go wrong? It would be necessary to ask the governor why he wants to harm the presidency of the republic? Are the falcon cherubs singing to him that he can replace AMLO? Have the whitexicans already told you that he looks like Benito Juárez? Hopefully he will learn from the examples of Mario Marín and Moreno Valle. They are always the same.
Puebla will be one of the entities most affected by COVID-19 in all aspects, of that size will be its contribution to the national crisis. The responsibility does not lie with the Federation, the fault lies with Miguel Barbosa for deviating from the 4T project and confronting the President of the Republic. The state government cannot hide that it has agreed with the "whitexicans", that amalgam of religious fundamentalisms, gender radicalisms, business anarchisms and oligarchic separatists.
The lack of support in Puebla for the Federation's measures is a mistake. It is a vile not to join the enormous work that the economic reconstruction of the state and the country requires, just because the detachment from the 4T allows a consideration that those who "historically" have betrayed Mexico. The political polarization of the last years in the entity has not allowed education, industry, justice, transportation, health and employment to function at minimum levels. In front of COVID-19 Puebla is in an alarming situation. Not even the Puebla immigrants in the US, who are among the most affected groups, have received condescension from the government. While politics here destroys everything, they support the economy without complaint. The state public administration is engaged in black campaigning, self-sabotage, corruption, and survival at any cost.
This emergency requires a lot of work, consensus and collaboration with society. If Mexico sinks, no coup d'etat will save Puebla. Our entity requires governance, public policies, social work, wealth distribution, and health care. Authoritarian decrees are equivalent to demonstrating the voluntary disorganization that prevails in the state government. Miguel Barbosa has fallen into the fascist blindness and seems to anticipate the "Year of Hidalgo" that many opportunists of the bureaucracy yearn to be part of the corrupt oligarchy.
Humanity has a Hobbesian test in front of it that has been treated with a lot of irresponsibility in Puebla, the state public administration is not working and it is dishonest to join separatists and coup leaders. No right-wing government will be able to sustain the country if the republic falls, no government will be left standing if the cartels decide to take control of things in the face of the anarchic famine that has appeared in various places since the narco-war. Mexico is more than united to the economic policy of the United States, Puebla is not outside of Mexico. This is not the time for the whitexicans to form their country "Maria Auxiliadora", the approaching humanitarian crisis in America - the continent - forces republican unity to understand national geopolitics. Hopefully time will not reach us anymore.

The Empire said NO

The Empire said NO

May 16, 2020

Diego Martín Velázquez Caballero

https://www.semanarioelreto.com/single-post/2020/05/16/El-Imperio-dijo-NO

A few weeks ago, Roberta Jacobson, former United States ambassador to Mexico, pointed out that former President Felipe Calderón knew the relationship of his Secretary of Public Security, Genaro García Luna, with the Sinaloa cartel and other drug trafficking actors in our country. All in all, Americans cannot be surprised when they denounce actions like Calderón's. The United States is the main drug trafficking and drug-consuming power. In narcotics he found, since the Second World War, a way to finance his war economy. All the presidents who collaborate with North America are, have had to be and will be like Calderón, including López Obrador.

Felipe Calderón, like Gustavo Díaz Ordaz and Carlos Salinas de Gortari, are proof of the serious consequence of fully adhering to North American geopolitics and considering their support for posterity when, as former presidents, they seek to exert their influence again. The United States has interests, not friends. The evidence of the presidential links with drug trafficking is like the indications of the LITEMPO payroll. The right is responsible for the tone of relations between Mexico and the United States. As CIA agents and traitors to the country, they profited from the millions of anti-communist dollars to exterminate opposition and social movements, setting the tone for America to expand its imperialism and bring Mexicans to their knees. There was the dirty war that makes them so proud and that they continue to practice on a daily basis. The message from the United States to the right now is to be patient and to seek more serious agendas than feminism. For López Obrador, the message is that he continue working in the WALL for Central American emigration and that he persist in the regulation of drug trafficking. The sword of Imperialism weighs on AMLO, it makes more and more commitments behind society's back. The president must not forget Francisco I. Madero and Henry Lane Wilson, nor the National Catholic Party.

Felipe Calderón may be the Díaz Ordaz of the 21st century, there is hardly anything that can be said in his favor. Could these characters have opposed North American geopolitical interests? Maybe not. But they were able to do less harm by trying to strengthen the State and its institutions, improving the educational level or reducing poverty. On the contrary, obedience to the directives of the pentagon made Mexico project in the next Iraq, where the Yankee economy makes prospective. To strengthen the Creole oligarchy, the PRI and PAN governments encouraged the anti-communist paranoia of the United States and, now, they continue to affirm that the ghosts of the LC23Sep and Lucio Cabañas materialize in López Obrador to carry out the Red Revolution. Their fear of social movements caused the peasants to leave the homeland and the middle class to become a survivor. Every day the right has less credibility despite the scandalous black campaigns that they are able to sponsor.

The state of violence has allowed capitalism through dispossession that plundered Mexico's natural and human resources. It should not be surprising that the presidents of Mexico, the North American Security Agencies, and drug traffickers have deals and coordinate actions to regulate the flow of drugs that enters the United States. Since Adolfo López Mateos, Mexican presidents have had to be CIA agents. The serious thing is to give credibility in Mexico to the hypotheses of the North American propaganda regarding the links between emigration and drug trafficking, it is a lack of respect for those who leaving the country, still maintain support for their communities and families thanks to the nostalgia economy . If not for these resources, the market in various areas would collapse. Linking remittances with drug trafficking is a fallacious justification for moral Americans. its migrantologists have studied the matter in depth and have found no money laundering or arms purchases in the hundred dollars a week and / or fortnightly that the countrymen send to their people. It is a transfer that impacts in volume, but constitutes an ant money that hardly activates regional economies, contributing to the country's development. The failure of Sedesol's 3x1 public policy, created enthusiastically during the Vicente Fox period, indicates that these remittances are minimal and peculiar in their integration. They are resources that come to account drops to the expeller communities of emigrants and that little reduce the marginalization, poverty, chiefdom and gunfighting. There is the Mixteca Poblana as well as regions of Guanajuato, Jalisco, Zacatecas and Michoacán where remittances serve to survive the day.

The mention of both situations would not have much relation if there were not a third opinion, which has been repeated for some years: that criminal groups “inject” the Mexican economy through drug trafficking through alternative routes to banks, such as political parties, construction companies, film studios, sports, music events, etc., so that it cannot be traced whether the origin of said economic resources is legal or not. In parallel, just as the formal and informal economies have been affected by the Covid-19 pandemic, activities related to the production and transfer of narcotic drugs, arms smuggling and money laundering, have experienced liberalization due to the approach on health issues. Which means that the demand for drugs in the United States is infinite and there is no way to regulate the supply. But that is the responsibility of the United States and the more than one hundred million addicts in its territory.

Mexico must think of models such as Costa Rica, Panama, Puerto Rico or Peru to approach US capitalism in a new way, since maintaining itself as a narco-state constitutes a dangerous choice that gives way to wild forms of US interventionism. As long as the primary sector, industry and public service are not developed properly, the economy of informality and crime will be the daily characteristics.

The anti-communist rage of the Mexican right and its absurd coup proposals must be canceled. The US support for AMLO implies that our country needs stability and to continue operating in conditions that do not irritate the Empire. In these times, for the United States, the Mexican right is more dangerous than the drug traffickers. Catholic nationalists are more rabid than the Taliban. The Mexican right needs to synchronize itself with the important changes brought about by the death of neoliberalism, the times of health governance and technological innovation. It is up to them to support López Obrador, their legitimate and legal president.

All three comments highlight Mexico's dependence on North America. While the United States will not come to solve Mexico's problems, it should consider whether keeping Mexico and Central America as its drug suppliers is productive in any sense. The United States and Mexico must think of a different form of economic, social, and political integration.

The North American Black Century

The North American Black Century

April 12, 2020

Diego Martín Velázquez Caballero

https://www.semanarioelreto.com/single-post/2020/04/12/La-Centuria-Negra-Norteamericana

A few decades ago, when asked who would win the space race among the superpowers, it was mockingly answered that the Nazi scientists that North America had were better than the Nazi scientists that the Soviet Union had. Thus, what seemed like a joke showed a crude truth: that the Nazis, like the Mexicans, paraphrasing Chavela Vargas, are born where they want to.

In the United States, Operations Paperclip and Blue were showing that the allies kept Nazi supplies of any kind to restrain the USSR. What is the consequence of liberal capitalist democracy having coexisted with the Nazis? For some authors such as Noam Chomsky and an important critical intellectual current, democracy in the world is nothing more than a facade that guards the totalitarianism of the North American Empire.

For several decades, a large group of historians and social scientists have highlighted the fact of collaboration between anti-Semites, Nazis and the American oligarchy. Beyond the political pragmatism that justifies the projection of the United States as the winner of the Cold War and the only superpower in a dangerously multipolar world, the American political class hardly considers the boomerang effect of these actions. But what if it is true that the IV Reich was built from the CIA?

The indication of terrorism to Russian nationalist groups shows that the invisible American government follows the ideas of Alfred Rosenberg and Adolfo Hitler. The accusation against the Russian Imperial Movement is an unnecessary intervention in the government of Vladimir Putin and in the way the Eurasian model changes the world order; after all, Eurasia is a logical and inexorable process.

In its interventionist practice, the CIA has funded terrorist groups like the MIR around the world. But with everything and its dangerousness, the MIR would already like to achieve the economic, political and social power that groups of the Mexican extreme right reached. It seems that the Nazis are only legitimate when the United States sponsors them.

At this time, when the world seems to depend on the course taken by the COVID-19 epidemic, the future of the world order can no longer be seen. Bacteriological wars are the consequence of uncontrolled terrorism but fostered by US geopolitical competition.

While theorists like Huntington recommended North American isolationism, others believe that it still makes sense to balkanize Eastern Europe, again, to contain Russia and then dynamite the world so that the United States retains its hegemony. In this sense, while the ideas of Brezinski and Rosenberg are being followed foolishly and a mysterious virus has us on the brink of extinction, it is urgent that North America contain itself and control its Nazis and those of its closest neighbors, such as Mexico.

Our Nazis, because there are also Mexican Nazis, also followers of the Fourth Political Theory, the white supremacy and Christianity of Salvador Borrego, intransigent integral; Feminazis and followers of Prosperity Theology are about to create a stampede of Latin American migrants to the United States that will significantly affect their governance.

The Latin American Nazis, and particularly the Mexicans, have a more serious virus than COVID-19: rage called anti-communism, in the name of which, in actions more serious than those of the MIR, destroy the entire public order of the Mexican State. Anti-communist rage, now turned into an identity movement, will generate in the backyard of the United States, and in the south of that country, a zombie war that has already begun. North America must allow the evolution of the Eurasian continent and be limited to Latin America. The Covid-19, like the Anthrax and the AH1N1, are samples of the human and imperialist vulnerability.

Huejotzingo and Udlap Consultores

Huejotzingo and Udlap Consultores
March 6, 2020

Diego Martín Velázquez Caballero
https://www.semanarioelreto.com/single-post/2020/03/06/Huejotzingo-y-Udlap-Consultores

In the page of Udlap (University of the Americas-Puebla) where the agreements that their different consultancies obtain are shown, there is propaganda regarding the services that Udlap-Consultores provides in government advice and public policies. The data is important because in the aforementioned agreements regarding issues of government, security, culture, health, etc., the case of Huejotzingo and the current mayor as a graduate of the educational institution is mentioned.

In light of the student demonstrations for the events that took place in that municipality that cost the lives of three university students and an Uber driver, what is the meaning of this data? What is the importance between the Huejotzingo agreement and Udlap-Consultores? Perhaps the right thing is to ask: How responsible is Udlap Consultores for the bad public security policies in the municipality?

If one of the elements that stands out in business management is quality, Huejotzingo is a measure to indicate what Udlap-Consultores has. The rector Ernesto Derbez severely questions, if not “daily”, the decisions of the morenista governments at the federal and state level, what is the reason why he does not refer to local governments ?, particularly those that you consultants Advises and shows proudly.

The student demonstrations have made critical accusations accusing inefficiency of the state and capital government in Puebla; However, there is something that students who participate in them should also know to understand if the new governments are directly responsible. During the last ten years, the University Consortium legitimized the abusive morenovallism that dismantled the municipalities in Puebla and did corrupt business at the expense of the public treasury. Crime seized the state because the morenovallist "technocrats" only ruled for a dozen municipalities and forgot about the other 200 that our entity has. Why don't the rectors explain to the students that the abandonment of ten years was what caused the violence? 0, at least, why not take them to demonstrate against the mayor of Huejotzingo and Udlap-Consultants?

Another graduate of Udlap, Antonio Gali, implemented the "Smart Cities" policy approved by the "Think Tank" and the "Targets" of that institution. What did “Smart City” mean in Puebla? Impoverishment. Corruption. There is the failure and the excess of the bike lanes as well as the joke of hydraulic cement. They should explain to young university students that because of such corruption, poverty was generated, low quality of democracy and impunity. Things, by the way, that know how to measure in Udlap. Gali and the IMPLAN of the municipality of Puebla, developed - surely with the advice mentioned above - the best Municipal Development Plan in the world, which they never applied, because Gali left the Interim Governor and Puebla capital was ruled by a usurper who violated the Boards Auxiliaries where crime and violence reached extraordinary levels.

That, and not something else, is what causes death like that of young people at the Carnival of Huejotzingo. An alternating government cannot work wonders. Derbez knows it, there is his book, an editorial, theoretical and practical failure. He advised and was convinced of the megalomaniac who promised to fix everything in fifteen minutes and then legitimized who turned Mexico into a grave of unknown bodies. Have you already forgotten? How many University students killed the Felipe Calderón War? How many university students have murdered the extreme right in Mexico? And this question makes a lot of sense because perhaps the university students should also know the history of the Anticommunist University Front, the Tecos, the Intermarium, the anti-communism and the fervent admiration of Gustavo Díaz Ordaz for the slaughter of October 2, 1968 that the poblano conservatism has ; although, well, the extreme right says that it is not killing because they only killed a score. The membership of the prestigious private universities of Puebla to the Mexican Anti-Communist Federation and the World Anti-Communist League involved killing university students in exchange for CIA dollars. Oh, they got a lot of money! Do they still kill their death squads: Falcons, Wall, Face, Testimony and Hope? Surely.

The student movement in Puebla was manipulated by the entity's more petty and historically oligarchic interests. Even when it is affirmed that the current generations have more information and competences, the truth is that there are truths that are only discovered over time, perhaps the young people will one day realize with those who marched.Critical theory argues that it is always possible to manipulate society, convert man into mass, that is what has happened in Puebla and does not want to speak the truth. If the Businessmen and the Far Right were interested in the life of the people, not only the people of Puebla or the foreigners who come to study, it took more than ten years to react. Hypocrites They have always been pyromaniacs, not firefighters.

It is true that the results have not been as expected, as true as the coup and fascist attitude of PRIANRD. The university and feminist movement has been distorted and infiltrated. While Morena continues to open flanks such as Huejotzingo as Udlap-Consultores or the Secretary of Welfare where senior managers of the UPAEP collaborate, the failure of the 4T will be imminent in Puebla. This also has to know the protesters. Those who led them to question and demand from the State Government are the same as those who have collaborators in the state and municipal public administration. And they don't say anything about the money they charge, if they aren't consistent with 4T, why don't they quit? The university movement, like the country, lacks a civic culture to develop neat institutions and leaderships, so the street, the demonstration, including anarchy are always sought. Universities are controlled by the extreme right and, public ones, are disposable in their perspective.
