In the page of Udlap (University of the Americas-Puebla) where the agreements that their different consultancies obtain are shown, there is propaganda regarding the services that Udlap-Consultores provides in government advice and public policies. The data is important because in the aforementioned agreements regarding issues of government, security, culture, health, etc., the case of Huejotzingo and the current mayor as a graduate of the educational institution is mentioned.
In light of the student demonstrations for the events that took place in that municipality that cost the lives of three university students and an Uber driver, what is the meaning of this data? What is the importance between the Huejotzingo agreement and Udlap-Consultores? Perhaps the right thing is to ask: How responsible is Udlap Consultores for the bad public security policies in the municipality?
If one of the elements that stands out in business management is quality, Huejotzingo is a measure to indicate what Udlap-Consultores has. The rector Ernesto Derbez severely questions, if not “daily”, the decisions of the morenista governments at the federal and state level, what is the reason why he does not refer to local governments ?, particularly those that you consultants Advises and shows proudly.
The student demonstrations have made critical accusations accusing inefficiency of the state and capital government in Puebla; However, there is something that students who participate in them should also know to understand if the new governments are directly responsible. During the last ten years, the University Consortium legitimized the abusive morenovallism that dismantled the municipalities in Puebla and did corrupt business at the expense of the public treasury. Crime seized the state because the morenovallist "technocrats" only ruled for a dozen municipalities and forgot about the other 200 that our entity has. Why don't the rectors explain to the students that the abandonment of ten years was what caused the violence? 0, at least, why not take them to demonstrate against the mayor of Huejotzingo and Udlap-Consultants?
Another graduate of Udlap, Antonio Gali, implemented the "Smart Cities" policy approved by the "Think Tank" and the "Targets" of that institution. What did “Smart City” mean in Puebla? Impoverishment. Corruption. There is the failure and the excess of the bike lanes as well as the joke of hydraulic cement. They should explain to young university students that because of such corruption, poverty was generated, low quality of democracy and impunity. Things, by the way, that know how to measure in Udlap. Gali and the IMPLAN of the municipality of Puebla, developed - surely with the advice mentioned above - the best Municipal Development Plan in the world, which they never applied, because Gali left the Interim Governor and Puebla capital was ruled by a usurper who violated the Boards Auxiliaries where crime and violence reached extraordinary levels.
That, and not something else, is what causes death like that of young people at the Carnival of Huejotzingo. An alternating government cannot work wonders. Derbez knows it, there is his book, an editorial, theoretical and practical failure. He advised and was convinced of the megalomaniac who promised to fix everything in fifteen minutes and then legitimized who turned Mexico into a grave of unknown bodies. Have you already forgotten? How many University students killed the Felipe Calderón War? How many university students have murdered the extreme right in Mexico? And this question makes a lot of sense because perhaps the university students should also know the history of the Anticommunist University Front, the Tecos, the Intermarium, the anti-communism and the fervent admiration of Gustavo Díaz Ordaz for the slaughter of October 2, 1968 that the poblano conservatism has ; although, well, the extreme right says that it is not killing because they only killed a score. The membership of the prestigious private universities of Puebla to the Mexican Anti-Communist Federation and the World Anti-Communist League involved killing university students in exchange for CIA dollars. Oh, they got a lot of money! Do they still kill their death squads: Falcons, Wall, Face, Testimony and Hope? Surely.
The student movement in Puebla was manipulated by the entity's more petty and historically oligarchic interests. Even when it is affirmed that the current generations have more information and competences, the truth is that there are truths that are only discovered over time, perhaps the young people will one day realize with those who marched.Critical theory argues that it is always possible to manipulate society, convert man into mass, that is what has happened in Puebla and does not want to speak the truth. If the Businessmen and the Far Right were interested in the life of the people, not only the people of Puebla or the foreigners who come to study, it took more than ten years to react. Hypocrites They have always been pyromaniacs, not firefighters.
It is true that the results have not been as expected, as true as the coup and fascist attitude of PRIANRD. The university and feminist movement has been distorted and infiltrated. While Morena continues to open flanks such as Huejotzingo as Udlap-Consultores or the Secretary of Welfare where senior managers of the UPAEP collaborate, the failure of the 4T will be imminent in Puebla. This also has to know the protesters. Those who led them to question and demand from the State Government are the same as those who have collaborators in the state and municipal public administration. And they don't say anything about the money they charge, if they aren't consistent with 4T, why don't they quit? The university movement, like the country, lacks a civic culture to develop neat institutions and leaderships, so the street, the demonstration, including anarchy are always sought. Universities are controlled by the extreme right and, public ones, are disposable in their perspective. They marched on this occasion together, but the measure of classism and militarism remains the indelible mark of professional careers in the country.
It is noted that Morena was not aware of the challenge involved in governing Mexico, there is also much division and envy. The country is diluted in the midst of the coup d'etat that is intended to be given in the next few days. The turns of life! The same ones who accused teachers, peasants, journalists, indigenous people, normalists, orange, workers, migrants, etc., of “pockets”, when they manifested themselves; Now they want the country to sink into paralysis. The wake-up call is serious and Miguel Barbosa is in the sights of those who disguise themselves as university students to overthrow governors but have been the most faithful avilacamachistas, marinistas and morenovallistas. The fall of the government, as at the time of the democratic helicopter, is not important; the serious thing is to return to an era that in Puebla clings to the oligarchic cacicazgo

Fakefeminism and the audacity of the mexican extreme right
Fakeminism and the audacity of the Mexican extreme right

Female leadership has been present in the important circumstances and the most significant moments of national life. The historical forces that have set the tone for the political dialectic in the country have had their heroines and great collaborators sometimes leading, sometimes discreet. In the case of Mexican conservatism there are many women who have contributed since anonymity, and contribute, to the magnitude of right-wing hegemony.
An important historical stage to understand how rights, particularly religious rights, use women to obtain their political ends and the necessary power, is the Cristero War of the early twentieth century. Generals Calles and Obregón sarcastically believed that the religious conflict was "a matter of skirts," referring to the influence that Catholic priests exerted on devout women. But minimizing the power of the skirts strengthened invisible chains of command of men and women who armed the Cristeros with multiple supplies and the violence unleashed was so severe, or even worse than that experienced in the Mexican Revolution.
The organization was so effective that it achieved the assassination of the elected President. The religious María Concepción de la Llata was part of a plot that fractured the Mexican State and exposed him to the intervention of the Holy See and the United States. The conspiracy that personified the "Mother Conchita" realizes how the Mexican extreme right uses women, and the consequences that this can bring. At the end of her life, Mother Concepción renounced those who abandoned her and ignored the importance of the generous act that the religious contributed to Mexican Catholicism. Just as the men with skirts used Mother Conchita to maintain the power of the Roman Caesar, they now repeat the lesson infiltrating feminist collectives and building hate campaigns.
Chantal Mouffe and Esther Vilar have recognized the existence of a “conservative feminism”, attached to a kiriarcado that links capitalism and religious control, which contrasts with the socialist, secular, liberal, environmentalist and democratic nature of authentic feminism. The right has celebrated student killings; There are hundreds of books where those who now care about the human rights of women and students recently celebrated their massacre. If they now show concern for them, this is false and is due to pragmatism and hypocrisy of the highest level.
Many mistakes the 4T government has made; Perhaps the most serious has been to agree with social Catholicism, believing to find an ally to move towards a new regime. The right has no word and has betrayed Mexico on countless occasions. Women, men, citizens in general should be aware that the high-ranking leaders with skirts, such as the multi-studied father Maciel, have never done anything for the good of the country, to encourage the exercise of reason and cultivate the free will of their flock. There are his works, there is his ethics.
In Mexico a true democracy is built. As in the Maderista era, the media abuse an unknown freedom and, instead of getting to work, of producing seriously, they demonstrate their meanness by prostituting the truth, serving the interest of the imperialists and fascists. Now they behave like suripantas of men with skirts
and expect a little man like Victoriano Huerta to conquer his free Mexico. It's coming, just remember who made our country the most dangerous in the world for journalists.
For the security and the rule of law to consolidate in Mexico, the secular State is indispensable. The right has been responsible for impoverishing the country and now cares for the poor; He has exercised control over Mexicans and today offers to free them. Society has been secularized at the pace of the Mexican transition, but it has not been able to shield against media manipulation and alienation. Society must inoculate against the usual liars. Is there any historical evidence that the right saves women and students? Has the Holy See or the “Mafia of men with skirts” done anything good in the countries they dominate? The manipulation of universities and the feminist movement is a felony and betrayal of human values. Do we forget who manages death squads and starving businessmen?
Confronting the female and student group with the Mexican government is not beneficial either for women or for students, much less for the design of public policies that democratic quality requires. Only whoever hates Mexicans could agree with something like that. When, like Mother Conchita, we go to the prison driven mad by the manipulation of building the City of God on earth under the guidance of the devil in dress, it will be too late for repentance

Dress up as a spy
Dress up as a spy

January 2020
Espionage is a natural condition of survival and adaptation. Surreptitiously looking at the actions of others is one of the oldest behaviors of humanity.
The hidden observation allowed social groups to exchange knowledge to survive. However, information constitutes a treasure that, like any source of power, decreases its capacity when it is generalized. Perhaps because of this, power tends to be encrypted, stored as far as possible and simulated to inhibit the depletion of its hegemony.
Spying is accompanied by secrecy, encryption, silence, masks and facades; the multiple and most varied militancy. This dynamic corresponds to the evolution and involution of humanity. Spy power, counterpower too. Infiltration and mutual understanding is mutual, and whoever keeps mental health against the terrifying aspect of supremacy wins. In all social spheres, espionage is a necessary element for control and change. Its main strategies are related to lies, darkness and deception, sometimes it may seem simple magic and trickery; in others, it deploys complicated mechanisms. Politics, as the Old Man of the Portal invented by Carlos Fuentes said, is a game of dumb, secrets, betrayals and sabotages.
What in the twentieth century, and perhaps now, is called intelligence, was a stealthy and covert condition for knowing in-depth contexts and accessing vital information in the field of geopolitics by the powers, generating the creation and destruction of broad regional, economic and human sectors. In the bipolar and then unipolar world, power remained spying and structuring a society of vigilance and control to maintain balance. Political society was born not only to inhibit human beings in their capacity for evil but also to spy and control.
A work has been published recently that deepens the topic of the Mexican extreme right in a historical and academic sense. Although phenomena such as monarchical conservatism, Christianity, sinarquism and the extreme right have allowed an approach to the issue of identity of the Mexican right, things are not clear and, therefore, texts such as Fernando M. González report better situation. Fractured Secrets Stamps of conspiracy Catholicism in Mexico (2019) by Editorial Herder, refers to the Jesuit habitus, which exceeds the abilities of study or leadership, and that includes, and above all, the ability to spy, conspire and exercise chaos where religious institutionalism Catholic always gets his way.
The work adds to other investigations by Fernando M. González on clerical pedophilia, corruption and illicit enrichment of characters such as Marcial Maciel and the Legionaries of Christ, as well as others whose roots come from spying, lying, infiltrating, conspiring and corrupting from time of the Cristero War, giving rise to various secret and reserved Catholic societies during most of the twentieth century in Mexico characterized by the Jesuit DNA. Therefore, what the author maintains in the theoretical framework that allows him to articulate his data is contradictory; While it is true that many of the structures described seem to be part of the prehistory of espionage and secrecy, Catholic fundamentalism continues to be one of the most important factual powers. One of the spy institutions par excellence is the Holy See and its Catholic nationalists who have allowed the extension of pedophilia, corruption and authoritarianism where Catholicism is the predominant religion. Even when society is undressed in the face of the current media and espionage technologies are extremely advanced, the old habits - judicial, according to the author - continue to set the standard for conservatism to be hegemonic.
Circumscribed the work to the experience of Catholic nationalism in Guadalajara, Jalisco, the information shared by the author goes beyond listing names, families, organizations, businesses, politics, violence and corruption. The regional study is a sample to understand the actions of the extreme right in Mexico and Latin America. As a good historian, the author renounces simplifying models used in the social sciences and, above all, journalism. However, as a psychologist, he also knows that theories and archetypes describe a reality that even when invisible is manifest. Everyone knows that there is no witchcraft, but that there are witches, there are.
The 4T government has suffered several attacks from internal and external groups that seek to force it not to leave the schemes that neoliberalism raised and that, perhaps, since World War II have been established. Jesuit geopolitics held Mexico hostage to the Holy See and the United States. The ideals of the Mexican revolution were contained by the structuring of the extreme right according to the anti-communist Catholicism of catacombs and, then, have not been corrected by the progressive structuring of Catholicism itself. The Jesuits owe a violent right and left, confessionals, spies and simulators.
The experience of education in Guadalajara is also the sample button to understand the country's school institutions. Education remains the eternal battlefield between conservative, classist, colonial and counter-reformist thinking against true and liberating enlightenment. Unfortunately, as the author maintains, in all cases militancy and recruitment matter more than academic probity. Education allows the incorporation of new elements into the ruling classes of the country as well as the exposure of the values, uses and customs that the social order keeps. From there you must understand the possibility of social change and modernization.
Samuel Schmidt had described the failed Mexican democracy as a supplanted state where factual powers (drug trafficking, religion and mass media) imposed government agendas and structured the social order. With all this, and despite greater scientific elements, Fernando M. González refuses to point out that the Ecclesiastical Hierarchy is the tail that moves the dog of social control in our country. His work provides significant data to understand the evolution of Jalisco Nazifascism, but leaves many questions unanswered. What is the meaning of so many discrete and reserved organizations? What is the purpose of thousands of confessional educational institutions? Why do Catholic nationalists infiltrate and spy on all elements of the social order? Why eliminate and hurt thousands of communists, opponents, dissidents and freethinkers? How did you become experts in defamation and persecution campaigns? Why does the clerical bureaucracy have so much economic power and appears attached to the business sector?
Finally, there are scandalous silences. Unveiling the catacombs of the extreme right does not imply recognizing that their time has run out, or that their mechanisms are no longer operational in today's society; they are the most public secret societies; but, also, those that have enormous potential for convocation, economic capacity and dark propaganda. The experience of the Rosicrucian Freemasonry and the different American security agencies, which allow their exposure when nothing can affect them, when they have the helm and have set a course, comes up; perhaps when, under the guise of denunciation, what they are really after is sending a message to their detractors and at the same time renewing their structures. Thus, with everything and its silences, the book indicates the magnitude of the Great Catholic Conspiracy.

During an academic event to discuss the forms of government in Latin America held in one of the most progressive intellectual centers of the BUAP, several years ago, the intellectuals of the moment prochavistas and priistas guadalupanos, showed little tolerance or true bad education, when they were unable to listen and analyze a paper based on the hypothesis of Juan Linz regarding the inability of presidentialism to withstand the pressures of contexts such as Latin America. In the region, the difficulties of the presidential government intensified by economic stagnation, social clevages, drug trafficking and political factionalism must be recognized. Juan Linz's question continues to be important for any Latin American coup: If in 1973 Chile had been Parliamentary, would the coup d'etat have occurred? Beyond the revolutionary passions, intellectual divas and anti-imperialist nationalism, the answer is NO.
The fragility of the presidential scheme leads Linz to propose Parliamentarianism as an adequate form of confrontation between the Executive and Legislative Power, omitting the non-institutional participation of the Army, the Militia and Imperialisms.
This idea cannot be seriously discussed by the radical right or left. The Revolution and Counterrevolution do not understand constitutional engineering. The Revolution and Counterrevolution observe the legality to break it and destroy the other. The Right, above all, is the one that most sympathizes with the coup, military dictatorships and imperialist interventionism. Linz's own Spain suffered the political violence of clerofascism when Francoism dynamited, from abroad, the legitimate Spanish parliamentary republic.
The crisis of presidentialism has accompanied the democratic experiences of Latin America generating disagreements that always end in the revolution, coup d'etat or North American interventionism.
Mexico has been confronted with these scenarios since 1994, and the State Reform does not address the high probability of presidential failure outside the United States.
The Mexican left has finally taken part in the constitution of the government, and has to face the governance crises that Latin American presidentialism has. However, knowing how the story ends, the parliamentarization of presidentialism does not occur and the shielding of electoral legitimacy, as well as military loyalty, are only hollow forms.
The ghost of the Tragic Ten round and few perceive it, the traitors always keep the script of the time - they do not know how to do anything else - and bet on the disorder and chaos to get outside interventionism. The Right hopes, as in 1913, to raise its Victoriano Huerta so that the Holy See, Spain and the United States legitimize the lineage of the Creole Hispanic oligarchy.
López Obrador says he admires Benito Juárez, but increasingly he behaves more like Francisco I. Madero. Both are distinguished by a fervor of being martyrs that is not long before the North American Embassy, the National Catholic Party - I mean, the National Action Party - and a Toral Lion, like them.
It is incomprehensible that, as in the Maderista government, President López Obrador considers the acts of the extreme right to be democratic, does not control the Army and yields so many spaces to his enemies.
President Madero never believed in Victoriano Huerta's betrayal, admitted that the press was critical and severe towards his person as never before and agreed with Catholic and Neoporfirist nationalists to rule innocently. In the end, in ten days, nobody came to defend or support him. His death was necessary to give free rein to the anarchy that benefits the business of war, to the grudges and envies so characteristic of Spanish-American DNA and bloodshed that reminds people, from time to time, how much value the lifetime.
Mexico does not need martyrs but leaders capable of making the necessary historical adjustments to improve structural conditions that reduce the gap between rich and poor, that end the pigment and promote evolutionary institutions. Neoliberalism remains buoyant and the interests of the Mafia del Poder have been affected at all.
Client support for popular social classes is useless, it is aspirin for cancer. If there are no expropriations, nationalizations and significant validation of the progressive discourse, Lopez Obrador's arrival to the presidency of the republic will have been of no avail. The initial triumphs of the 4T in nothing compare with the shameful capitulations that have happened later.
The experience of Puebla has been placed as an exemplary mode of the morenista project; However, it also reveals the moorings and liabilities that mark the National Regeneration Movement. A governor who takes the first photo of the moment with the Bishop, who leaves the far right in control of the main state agencies such as Social Development, Education, Governance, Infrastructure and Communications; the Legislative, Judicial Power, as well as the bureaucracy of the main local governments, only leads to consider Morena as a disabled government. It was wise to Ing. Cuauhtémoc Cárdenas when saying that AMLO has nothing to do with the Mexican Left.
Vox, the Spanish party of the Mexican extreme right, has the same behavior as Alfonso XIII, Ramiro de Maeztu or the Spanish Colony of the Madero era. Not to mention the generals who increasingly admire Victoriano Huerta, Augusto Pinochet or Francisco Franco. Only missing Henry Lane Wilson, Mister Danger, who longs for the oligarchy.
As a fortuitous and contradictory situation, the permanence of López Obrador depends on the permanence of Donald Trump; at least it does coincide with Benito Juárez.
The Mexican extreme right needs US foreign support; However, the United States has been able to understand that the storms unleashed by these groups, although at first they are a good business, over time are causes of serious problems that spread to North America. The French intervention in Mexico, the experience of the Second Empire, encouraged the strength and combativeness of the Confederate Army that almost won the Civil War of American Secession. The Christianity mobilized the Holy See that planted itself with great force in North American territory and then manipulated its foreign policy and government decisions. Neoliberalism has generated the largest emigration to North America, the Mexicanization of the American South that terrifies Samuel Huntington and George Friedmann. Of drug trafficking better or talk, there are the consequences of Posadas Ocampo. What would happen this time if they support the overthrow of López Obrador?
North America must promote the parliamentation of Latin America and Catholic nationalists must learn to be Mexican. It is true of Perogrullo that parliamentary models are able to digest intransigent multiparty systems and rhetoric better than presidentialism. Similarly, a character can remain in power widely without violating the characteristics of procedural democracy.
As for public policies, it is understood that Mexico is the backyard of one of the main superpowers and has to deal with the mode of implementation approved by the US executive. Newdealism now comes from North America and the right knows it; However, their selfishness, classism, ambition and religious belonging do not let them admit it. They prefer to abide by the Gay Lobby of the Holy See rather than understand the urgent need to be part of the social capital to save our country and a good part of the Latin American population.
If Donald Trump is collapsed by the Impeachment or loses the elections, López Obrador, like Vicente Fox, will remain in the dream of complete enchilada and absolute impotence.
Joy Langston has questioned the excess of the extreme right and her intellectual circles to confront President López Obrador. They are the first anti-democrats and democracies have the right to defend themselves. Benito Juarez fled and shot in the name of the Mexican republic and sovereignty, killed the clerofascist ideas with all the reason of an independent and victorious people of imperialism. The Mexican extreme right will continue to play Adolfo Hitler while the Weimar Republic, the loving republic, does not confront the historical enemies of the Mexican people.

A few months ago, the Albores Magazine of the UAQ (2018 N.3) published a collective article on North American geopolitics during the Cold War era https://www.comecso.com/publicaciones/revista-albores-num-3. Weeks later, the Polish intellectual Maciek Wisniewski (La Jornada, 9/8/2019), expressed his surprise that the Latin American ultra right would take notes of an old and local project as, at the beginning of the 20th century, Josef Pilsudski was thinking . The historical analysis of Western intelligence strategies shows that the one who really resumed said anti-communist project and transferred it in principle to the Nazis and then to the Americans was the Catholic Church. The tripod faced the USSR and won in the Cold War, it is currently held as the triangle of Western control in the world.
Although the current geopolitics considers that the coordinates of the international analysis can no longer be those of the postwar period, the truth is that the protagonists of that moment are still the central states in the new world order. Likewise, the dementia of the myth of a Judeo Masonic Communist Conspiracy is the rhetoric of Latin American rights to propose an anti-Semitism without Jews (Claudio Lomnitz), capable of developing a machinery of death, disappearance and extermination against those who oppose the Holy Alliance : Christianity, Nazis and North America.
What happened in Venezuela, Chile, Ecuador and Bolivia show the strength of the theory and practice of Intermarium in Latin America. The Christian fundamentalism of the Catholic, Protestant and evangelical nationalists is nourished by an extremely violent and murderous anti-communist rage. Even though the Latin American left frequently took the option of guerrillas to generate the transformations that inspired their utopias, when it comes to hate, violence and authoritarianism, the right provides the strongest examples.
Medieval Christian thought, more than fascism, influences the action of rights and qualifies as universal enemies those who postulate progressive, social or nationalist ideas. The Catholic Church achieved the survival of the Roman Empire thanks to the persecution and extermination of communities reluctant to political religion. In this sense, for two thousand years the axis has been anti-Semitism or anti-Judaism; The method of destruction against the Jews is employed against the enemies of Christianity. Adolfo Hitler and his collaborators implemented it at the time, later, North America directs it.
The striking behavior of the Latin American right recalls the Cesaropapist expansionism. These Crusade or Holy War postulates have been used by American Imperialism to lead these warrior monks and create a highly favorable context; Thus, anticommunism has served to make Latin America the backyard of the Anglo-Saxon and Christian living space
The most forceful events for Latin America are closely linked to activities of the North American Intelligence Office. Although public opinion and a good part of the American political class support the United States to do what is necessary to amend the Hispanic chaos, the truth is that, paradoxically, disorder in adolescent republics is most convenient to Anglo-Saxon imperialism.
The historical sequence of foreign interventions, coups, indigenous extermination, rural communities, student and revolutionary communities have a common denominator: the CIA. The belligerence and terrorism of the rightist groups are financed by North America and the Holy See, the revolutionary leftist groups, rather than communist, have been anti-American nationalist groups.
Historical research has found the intersection of American Intelligence to generate the balances of power that suit their interests. Thanks to the Catholic national right, Latin America is chaos and is kidnapped by factual powers that constitute the true face of Western fundamentalism: the clerical Borgias. The enemies of Latin American modernity are the Ayatollahs of the faith who have no respect for life, the common good and marginalized social groups. They are still in the task of consolidating the Counter Reformation; rebuild the Carolingian Empire or the Holy Roman Empire.
The conflict results in the generation of Failed States that are ending up affecting North America. Latin American instability is equal to disproportionate emigration, drug trafficking and organized crime. The Failed States are zombie nations that are getting closer to North America. The southern United States can now be considered Hispanicized.
The American geopolitics have long warned, the risks for the Yankee Empire to solve the political behaviors of the Latin American right. But the invisible American government insists on controlling the hemisphere under agreements with the clerofascist groups in the region. The relationship of the United States with ultra-Christian groups is similar to that of Caligula and his horse. With them bread be eaten.
Faced with a context of exclusion, poverty, discrimination, cacicazgos and orphanhood, only emigration, informality and drug trafficking represent real options for the poorest population, which is the majority, to find a possibility to change their conditions. Both ways, the United States is the point of arrival.
In the face of the Latin American chaos managed by the rights, the United States will not be able to face the tandem of Latin American structural and historical problems and demands. More than a Hispanic challenge, the situation can become a final challenge.
The coup in Bolivia, the repression of social movements, enforced disappearances, the inhibition of social policies and the anti-communist polarization place us in that procedural democracies in the region must wear Mickey Mouse's ears and the crucifix. The geniuses of our political science are not even able to propose parliamentarism as a mediator, adducing cultural traditions. The Latin American lefts are warned, in that way, of the cost involved in the confrontation with the United States and the Cesaropapist rights. The 4T in Mexico will turn a Disneyland scenario to prevent the reactionaries from putting on Rambo's costume, there is the case of Pedro Salmerón and San Eugenio Garza Sada.
Latin America cannot protect itself from North America, the United States only respects countries that possess nuclear weapons; However, given the medieval time of our context, the Caudillo Bolívar of Gabriel García Márquez will remain lost in his labyrinth and will only find comfort in the Quijote de la Mancha.

Fractured Populism
Fractured Populism
By Diego Martín Velázquez Caballero
The concession to the Mexican extreme right to be in charge of the Board of Directors in the Legislative Power, is one of the facts that adds to the serious contradictions that 4T has at national, state and local level. Even when it is affirmed that we are facing the construction of a new regime, the truth is that it is about renewing the old government of the institutionalized revolution. The change without breaking Manuel Camacho Solís.
The party system in Mexico was shattered by transfuguism, neoliberal corruption and ungovernability. Most of the political institutes were left speechless and with a dormant dormant force in the face of the overwhelming magnitude of the electoral trend that National Regeneration obtained. Despite the millions of votes that PAN and PRI achieved, said electorate has not been mobilized or activated by the antílopez.
Morena is not in better conditions, more than a perredización, the political institute is a victim of the styles and invoices that the different alliances implied. Hence, when factionalism is demonstrated because pure radicals or morenists demand quotas of power and coherence of government style, the charismatic leader imposes his verdicts to maintain a balance that is increasingly unstable.
Andrés Manuel has declared that he will renounce Morena if she is perverted, that is, like Benito Mussolini, renounce Fascism and choose Italy if circumstances demand it. Therefore, Mussolini is considered a failed fascism, a frustrated leader; despite the authoritarianism of the Duce, his project was an operetta because it was not structured or organized despite the strength and legitimacy it had achieved. This fault is used as a subterfuge of rights to distinguish between fascism and Nazism, although, in general, conservative rights lack real progressive projects and platforms.
To relieve Mexican liberals and anti-communists, this fact demonstrates that 4T is not meant to be a Bolivarian or Castro revolution. The disenchantment of a revolutionary, progressive and liberal left is already becoming more and more evident. Andrés Manuel is unlikely to end up as Benito Mussolini; But, it is certain that, if there is no project or perspective, José López Portillo's tears become plausible, as well as the economic and social disaster that no nationalist discourse alleviates.
Andrés Manuel intends to institutionalize the National Regeneration Movement as Manuel Ávila Camacho institutionalized the government of the Mexican revolution, giving rise to divergent political factions that assimilate the moderation and pragmatism that the Hegemonic Party meant. Just as AMLO intervened so that the extreme right had an important lecture to contradict and even subvert the 4T nation project, Manuel Ávila Camacho admitted sinarquistas and cristeros in the PRI, a party that was even infiltrated by the Tecos and Yunques before bread. Thus, the PRI became the Sun Party with its right hand and its sinister which alternated according to a high-political pact with North America and the Holy See.
It is not surprising that Morena as before the PAN and, much earlier, the PRI; submitted to the decisions of the Executive. The perfect square binomial Official Party-Government, as well as the caciquismo, is immeasurable in our political culture. A nationalist government is prohibited by imperialist hegemony, but society is hardly going to support the permanence of the informal narcocorporativist regime led by poor pathologists and pseudoneoliberals.
If 4Q is heading towards a failed populism, it will be necessary to understand catpardism as a permanent and disenchanting variable of the failed Mexican democracy. The extreme right has made significant progress despite being "morally defeated," as has happened with factions and groups antagonistic to the MORENA project. The technocratic circles consider that if AMLO is recycling, it implies that it has awakened to the tasks of governance. The progressive groups begin to notice, instead, that AMLO, like Mussolini and José López Portillo, is going to spread many of the proposals and policies that are indispensable, will not risk taking the necessary steps and measures to defend the sovereignty of Mexico .
The arrival of the extreme right to the spaces of Morena, are not pacts of governance but dangerous contubernios of which few figures left clean. For some, politics is that, getting your hands dirty for others. Is it worth it for the historical significance of 4Q? In the federal, state and municipal administration, the concessions made to Catholic nationalism are the constant. Chambismo think some, infiltration say others; leadership, they think. AMLO cannot do what Calles and Cárdenas in three years and, to these, the US and the Holy See ended up canceling them.
Revolutionary conservatism is an illusion, the journey of a regime transformation implies breaking with the inertia of the Mexican political system.
Little by little, we begin to feel that failed democracy is the process of political modernization in our country. If the President's appendix is not Morena, anyone else can serve, RSP, Servant of the Nation, Green Party or even Future 21.
Canovism is the art of governing Mexico. But the ghost of José López Portillo, the Mexican Quetzalcoatl, is increasingly present. It should not be forgotten that the right and the banking system, like the pillos of the story about the naked King, were the ones who drove one of the most educated presidents in the country crazy. To ignore the Sirens, resist the oligarchies and raise real scenarios against the United States, are essential elements to break the authoritarian democracy of our society.
A failed democracy lacks governability and the model of failed populism although it reassures the Holy Mexican Civil Society and the liberal proyanquis, every day generates a disorder that someone must pay: the development of Mexico, the middle class and the South of the United States .
We'll see where the Mexican Mussolini ends.

The external variable that most influences the Mexican political system is called the United States. Properly dimensioning its importance is something that is only known, but little is implemented in academic analyzes and government practices. Beyond considering whether the left that came to the government is really, competent or illusory left; evangelical, catholic or pricomunista guadalupana (Schmidt); retrograde or progressive; moderate or populist; etc., it is increasingly urgent to take Mexico's situation realistically in relation to the United States.
Andrés Manuel López Obrador came to power with the support of 30 million voters and came from the Anglo-Saxon kingdom. The task of neoliberalism exceeded the exploitation of resources and the results were not optimal, the design of the looting for Mexico generated collateral effects that complicate governance in both nations. North America opted for a new backyard controller.
The arrival of Donald Trump finally forced American society and its government to have to observe Mexico. Not in the best way, but now; It is undeniable that we have the attention of the United States. It is important to remember that during the presidency of Barack Obama, the relationship between the two countries came to total neglect. Republicans always make decisions that significantly affect our nation.
The pendulum has moved to newdealism and, although Salinism was an exceptional time in Mexican-American relations - perhaps of less importance than when the presidents were agents of the CIA; The neoliberal era was distinguished by contradictions in excellent modern conservative minorities. The neoliberals ended up being mirreyes, playing the gorrón in a context where the geographical condition demands governance in Mexico. The great lack of the national technocratic elite was ethics, a finding that Gabriel Zaid discovered in time and the Prianist right concealed to survive.
Vicente Fox overreacted the letters offered by George Bush and Calderón chose to accelerate the militarization of public security, believing that by supporting the war economy, American benevolence would be won. The result was the opposite because National Action also ended up involved in organized crime.
As in salinato, the United States knows that Mexico requires a transexenal project of at least twenty years. The task of remedying, deconstructing and institutionalizing the country implies a long duration. The problem is not nationalist dinosaurs but to avoid government subordination to a Catholic Hispanic Catholic oligarchy who admires Pinochet but ends up being Somoza or Noriega.
The neoliberal model imposed on Chile required enormous extension and violence to avoid socialism and build one of the most stable countries in South America. In Mexico, the dimension and violence of neoliberalism far exceeded the measures of pinochetism; but, the country got worse than a dictatorship of the proletariat.
What neighbor does the United States want? A stable nation or a Narco-state that increasingly infects its ungovernability. Monetarism, structuralism, developmentalism, neoliberalism, narcoeconomics and neoextractivism have been the slogans that Washington has imposed on Mexican governments. The recent gas agreement shows that tropical neoliberalism continues. The right celebrated the event as the subordination of AMLO to the Private Initiative, only missing in the meeting with the president, Marcial Maciel, Norberto Rivera and Onésimo Cepeda. What difference does the continuity of the looting directed from Galicia and the Vatican imply?
As long as inequality and corruption are not contained, crime and informality will be the rules of survival in Mexico. The magnitude of the problem is such that even López Obrador talks about leaving MORENA and his empty political activism.
The North American election that is approaching is a juncture to delimit Mexico's autonomy to adequate US assistance. If the relationship between Mexico and North America is not optimized, the result will be terrible for both.
Even when imperialism's approach seems simple or childish, it is a blunt fact of international relations. And as it seems supine to deny the existence of the Anvil, this truth of Perogrullo must be seriously analyzed.
American geopolitics has a deep need for control and Mexico cannot escape it. Washington controls the country outside and inside. Little can be expected of national governments whether left or right. The politicians, businessmen and the people know that, in large part, they decide to emigrate to the country of the stars and stripes.
Nationalism in the Mexican political class is impeded by imperialism and transfuguism dictated by economic interests. Where is the secret to govern Mexico? In the proper relationship with the United States, in the perception that American society is made about our country. Most of the presidents subordinated themselves to Yankee imperialism, but there were others who rescued autonomy by making the empire see that the backyard is also part of the house.
It is true that looking towards Europe would bring positive elements for our country, hopefully Mexico could look like Canada; But, France is in France and the United States is still one of the main global powers. Newdealism is about turning Mexico into a migratory checkpoint, and General Lázaro Cárdenas found there an opportunity gap to increase the academic, religious, cultural, social, economic and even racial wealth of the country. If the president of Mexico has recognized the importance of economic remittances from Mexicans abroad, he must reconstruct the 3 x 1 policy and stimulate greater links between the southern United States and northern Mexico. Our country has been saved by emigration and we have an obligation to save migrants.
Daniel Cosío Villegas pointed out for many years that we need to know the United States more and better. The ideological theater must be overcome by political realism and the awareness of the neighborhood that geography imposed on us.
